Your right breast does appear to have some constriction of tissue around the areola. This is more noticeable in the side photo. This is indication of a tuberous breast. The left breast does not seem to be constricted.
Yes you have tuberous breasts. If you want to try to change the appearance, there are different options you can explore. Talk to a board certified PS about these options so you can choose one that will achieve your goal. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question and photos. An examination in person would be necessary to properly evaluate your breasts and make appropriate recommendations, however based on your photos it appears that you have a constricted lower pole and therefore a relatively short distance between the nipple/areola and the bottom of the breast marked by the inframammary fold. You also have some asymmetry, which is very common. A nice correction can be achieved with a breast lift and possibly a conservative augmentation if you feel that your smaller breast should be larger. Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetic seems to align with your own based in his or her Before and After gallery. Remember that more than one opinion might be in your best interest. Best of luck to you.
Yes, you do have tuberous breasts. Plus you have obvious asymmetry between the two breasts. I would encourage you to see a board-certified Plastic Surgeon, preferably one who specializes in Breast surgery if you are looking for correction. I would consider your condition a difficult one to correct, and you should have someone with real expertise in this field to correct your condition. Good Luck
You have a tuberous breast on the right side according to this photo, as it has a constricted appearance in the lower poles, has loss of the inframammary fold and have somewhat herniated areola. The other breast seems to be less affected, which is not uncommon. For correction of this deformity you need a a bilateral breast lift (as the nipples are ptotic) and (different sized) silicone implants and probably some fat injection for equalization. A second stage for correction of the remaining asymmetries with another fat injection may be necessary.
Tuberous breasts are characterized by a constriction of tissue around the nipples and an undefined breast fold. You don’t appear to display these traits.
Thank you for your question and photographed. Fortunately you do not have tuberous breasts. You have medial and inferior pole insufficiency but not the significant constriction in the subareolar region. I certainly think you should be able to achieve a good result with breast implants without...
Tubular breast shape, or tuberous breast shape comes in a wide range of appearances. Reconstructive plans range from breast augmentation with implants, to fat transfer, to breast lift, to two stage reconstruction with a tissue expander and implants. Often a combination of these tools is used....
