You have severe breast asymmetry and elements of constricted, narrow based breasts. A combination of breast implants, fat grafting and breast lift will be procedure of my choice. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Hi, thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you do have some breast asymmetry and some features associated with tuberous breasts. Whether your goals can be achieved with fat transfer alone depends on what you are hoping to get out of surgery. If you have adequate fat available for transfer, then this could go some way towards correcting your asymmetry, but you should be mindful that fat transfer often requires more than one episode to achieve the most optimal results. This can usually be performed as a daycase procedure (not requiring an overnight stay) with a short general anaesthetic. If you were not satisfied after fat transfer, you could consider breast implants at a later date.
Based on the photos provided, there may be some constriction of tissue around your nipple on the larger breast, however it is difficult to confirm without an inperson assessment. You appear to have a prominent breast fold on the smaller breast, which means that breast isn't tubular. They are, however, asymmetric, which is the norm. If the asymmetry is a concern, it can be improved with an implant in the smaller breast or reduction in the larger breast. Fat transfer may not be recommended as it tends to yield less predictable results.
You do not appear to have tuberous breasts. But you do have asymmetrical breasts. You need to have an in-office examination by a Board Certified plastic surgeon.
Thank you for your question.Fortunately you do not have tuberous breasts, but you do have a significant asymmetry.Fat transfer can be done to give you volume however will not correct your asymmetry. For symmetrical result you will need a lift on your right breast and reduction of the areola to match the left side. Then a fat transfer on the left side can be done to match the volume on the right side or implants could be done on both sides.
You have a tuberous breast on the right side according to this photo, as it has a constricted appearance in the lower poles, has loss of the inframammary fold and have somewhat herniated areola. The other breast seems to be less affected, which is not uncommon. For correction of this deformity...
Tuberous breasts are characterized by a constriction of tissue around the nipples and an undefined breast fold. You don’t appear to display these traits.
Thank you for your question and photographed. Fortunately you do not have tuberous breasts. You have medial and inferior pole insufficiency but not the significant constriction in the subareolar region. I certainly think you should be able to achieve a good result with breast implants without...
