You have severe breast asymmetry and elements of constricted, narrow based breasts. A combination of breast implants, fat grafting and breast lift will be procedure of my choice. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Hi, thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you do have some breast asymmetry and some features associated with tuberous breasts. Whether your goals can be achieved with fat transfer alone depends on what you are hoping to get out of surgery. If you have adequate fat available for transfer, then this could go some way towards correcting your asymmetry, but you should be mindful that fat transfer often requires more than one episode to achieve the most optimal results. This can usually be performed as a daycase procedure (not requiring an overnight stay) with a short general anaesthetic. If you were not satisfied after fat transfer, you could consider breast implants at a later date.
Based on the photos provided, there may be some constriction of tissue around your nipple on the larger breast, however it is difficult to confirm without an inperson assessment. You appear to have a prominent breast fold on the smaller breast, which means that breast isn't tubular. They are, however, asymmetric, which is the norm. If the asymmetry is a concern, it can be improved with an implant in the smaller breast or reduction in the larger breast. Fat transfer may not be recommended as it tends to yield less predictable results.
You do not appear to have tuberous breasts. But you do have asymmetrical breasts. You need to have an in-office examination by a Board Certified plastic surgeon.
Thank you for your question.Fortunately you do not have tuberous breasts, but you do have a significant asymmetry.Fat transfer can be done to give you volume however will not correct your asymmetry. For symmetrical result you will need a lift on your right breast and reduction of the areola to match the left side. Then a fat transfer on the left side can be done to match the volume on the right side or implants could be done on both sides.
Yes you have tuberous breasts. If you want to try to change the appearance, there are different options you can explore. Talk to a board certified PS about these options so you can choose one that will achieve your goal. Best of luck!
Tuberous breasts are characterized by a constriction of tissue around the nipples and an undefined breast fold. You don’t appear to display these traits.
Tuberous breast can cause a wide range of shapes and sizes. It is sometimes also referred to as constricted breast. Typical features are an underdeveloped lower portion of the breast, mild to moderate size and shape differences, 'puffy looking' or herniated nipples, a short distance from the...
Tubular breast shape, or tuberous breast shape comes in a wide range of appearances. Reconstructive plans range from breast augmentation with implants, to fat transfer, to breast lift, to two stage reconstruction with a tissue expander and implants. Often a combination of these tools is used....
There are 2 alternatives I recommend. One is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the...
Hi Courageous I dont think you have tuberous breasts. The nipples could be addressed with a nipple reduction however this can impact on breast feeding so is best done after you have had kids if this is planned. The areolar puffiness is a more difficult proposition but it can be reduced with...
