Your breasts are not tuberous, just large and ptotic. You will need a breast lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire at the same time.

I would recommend performing an augmentation-mastopexy (implant + lift). Surgery pricing is quite variable depending on the region, surgeon, and practice. Regardless of where, you need to find a plastic surgeon with actual training in plastic surgery, ideally one with aesthetic fellowship training.

You are a good candidate for a breast reduction. With this surgery you will get correction of your tuberous breast deformity, a breast lift, and areola reduction, all without the use of implants. I would recommend doing a consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

I am so sorry that your breasts are causing you pain and anxiety. The good news is that you have very nice volume as most patients with tuberous breast deformity require an implant to restore volume in the constricted breasts. The areolas have stretched to quite a large size and I would recommend a two stage procedure where initially a pursestring suture is placed to pre-stretch the skin and remove tension around the areola when the second stage is performed to reduce the size of the areola. The initial stage could be performed in the office under local anesthesia and then we would wait for at least 4 to 6 weeks before completing your surgery. The second stage would reduce the size of the areola, raise its position and reshape the breasts so that they are not quite so tuberous.

You have tuberous breast, but you also have ptosis. You have good volume. I would recommend a mastopexy, inverted T or anchor type.

Your family genetics gave you this breast shape and they are not what you would call tuberous. They are mostly just droopy and asymmetrical. A full breast lift done by an expert with elevate them, reshape them, and make them more symmtrical. Might need something else done again if you have children later.
