I've never been happy with the shape and size of my breasts but I'm unsure if they are tuberous. I'm 29 and roughly 95kg 165cm. The distance from my breast crease to areola is very short and always has been. I had a couple of consultations regarding breast augmentation several years ago and there was no mention that they were tuberous but I would appreciate some direct guidance.
Hi doctors, Im 29 years old and recently had detailed 3D scans and a breast analysis. My surgeon diagnosed me with a mild tuberous breast deformity and advised a combined approach: A donut (periareolar) lift A 300cc implant maximum Plus fat transfer from my arms to the lower breast pole and inner cleavage area to improve contour and reduce the central gap. She mentioned that because of my anatomy, going beyond 300cc would increase risks, and that a second fat grafting session may be needed laterespecially to further build the lower pole. While I understand her concerns, I personally wouldve preferred a fuller implant. Im looking to gather a few second opinions: Would you also limit me to 300cc in a case like mine? Would a different technique (dual plane, internal scoring, etc.) allow for more volume or projection safely in one surgery? Id appreciate your input on how you would approach this if I were your patient. My goal is a natural, lifted shape with nice cleavage and soft fullnessnot necessarily huge, but balanced and feminine. Thank you in advance!
Hello, i am f(18) and i want to get a BA to correct my tubular appearance. Finding bras has been a real struggle since my early teens. What is the best way to correct the shape, reduce the size of the areolas ans not increase in size a lot? Also what degree of tubular do i have? (1-4)
I have always fluctuated in my weight & when I was younger I had 'boobs' beofre most of my friends. However I do feel like my areolas are very large in comparison to the size of my actual breast. I feel like I have more boob at the bottom than the top & my boobs/areoles look different depending on how relaxed I am. I have always wondered if there is anything wrong with them or is it could be due to weight loss.
Ive always had smaller breasts and one has always been smaller than the other. Since getting pregnant Ive heard the term tubular and now Im interested to see if I uhave it and if it may effect me breast feeding and if its something I may be able to change after.
Hi there! I have been receiving consultations from various surgeons for a breast lift with implants. I want my boobs to not sag anymore, to appear closer together for cleavage, and to be a lot larger. One doctor said I have tubular breasts, and that my lift and implants would have to be done separately (or Id have to have small implants, which is pointless to me). Is this true? Do I have tubular breasts? My breasts have never been large, but Ive gained and lost a lot of weight over the years, which I assumed is why they sag now.
A few doctors who replied said it doesn't look like I have tuberous breasts. I was wondering what the difference between tuberous breasts and regular saggy breasts are? And if I don't have tuberous breasts, why does the underside look constricted and doesn't have as much skin? Also, all the doctors said a mastopexy would be a good choice for me. I was wondering if there's any other way to get a lift without having scars(or very minimal scarring).Do I have enough breast tissue already to have the look I was going for or would I need a fat graft as well?
I am about 3 months post op. I had tubular breast where implants were placed under the muscle. When I look at them straight on I can clearly see my scars. With my condition I had a very high inflammatory fold/crease so scoring/pocket revision was done. Now I'm wondering if they are bottoming out or will my skin stretch in time to cover my scars better? I feel like they already sit on my chest wall low and hope they don't drop more. I do have a f/u scheduled just looking for advise.
