Am I a good candidate for upper eye lid and eye brow lift? (Photo)

Specifically, the excess skin on the outer part of your upper eyelid can be nicely addressed with a brow lift. Removing too much upper eyelid skin alone could actually pull your brow down, so the combination of both will provide a more balanced and natural outcome. Hi, thx for the pictures but its best to have an inperson consultation to really examine the amount of skin excess you have and the amount of brow ptosis. The browlift will definately open up the brow area and when combined with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, will make the area more youthful and open.

For less significant upper eyelid skin excess or more mild improvement, there are nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin.

Surgery (browlift and/or upper blepharoplasty) is a great option for more significant improvement- for example if the hooded eyelids have more excess skin present.

Judging from your second photo, it appears your brows are in good position and you do not have excessive skin on the eyelids. I do not think a browlift or upper lid skin removal is needed. Always best to have an in person consultation.

Hi, thanks for your question. I think the word 'need' in context of cosmetic surgery is difficult....nobody 'needs' cosmetic surgery - its really a case of considering how much added benefit you might get and would this be outweighed by a range of potential risks and disadvantages and, of course the money you will be paying. My opinion is that your eyes and brow look perfectly attractive, lively, feminine and normal and i couldn't say that they would be made any more so by surgery.
