Your ophthalmologist may want to excise this bump but there is a highly effective alternative. A chalazia is an inflammatory lesion. It is exquisitely sensitive to corticosteroids. A small injection in the lesion has a very high probability of resolving even your three year old chalazia. I strongly encourage you to ask your doctor to inject the lesion with Kenalog.

I suggest you ask the person doing your procedure and person doing the lash extension.
It depends on the exact nature of the procedure and without more information I don’t think we can give you an appropriate answer.
My simple answer would be when you’re healed up that probably means about three or more weeks.
