Hello. I have hollowing under my eyes, and I would like to know if tightening the under eye lids will help improve the look? I’m a 58 year old white woman with fair skin. I’m not interested in surgery and like to age gracefully.

You have ptosis (drooping) of the right upper lid making the eyes look asymmetric. Typically surgery can be performed to tighten the muscle of the eyelid, raising the lid, and restoring symmetry. It is important to see an eyelid expert to determine the cause of the ptosis.
Thank you for your photographs. Your photograph shows two different appearances of your upper eyelids. In one photo, your left eye appears to have more redundant skin than in the other photograph. Your brow appears to be an excellent position and I would not recommend elevating it any higher....
