Hello,Thanks for your question.Everyone has facial asymmetries and true symmetry is not possible. That being said, I would recommend a Perfect Peel for pigment reduction followed by long term SPF use and use of skin brighteners. As far as the anatomic asymmetries are concerned, I would consider a subtle right upper eyelid skin trim and right midface fat transfer to manage your smaller right face bony volume. I would not go crazy with this and would recommend you be ok with the fact that you'll still be asymmetric, only less so.I hope this helps.Dr. Shah
Although it is somewhat difficult to say with certainty from the photos, there does appear to be a slight volume deficit in your left cheek relative to opposite side manifested by some flattening of the left cheek area and some increase in prominence of left smile line. If this is indeed so, then the use of a robust HA volumizing filler in the left cheek should help to create greater symmetry, as well as diminish the incipient smile line visible on that side. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.
You have a high forehead. By doing a browlift, this will lower the hairline. I would not raise your eyebrows. I would cut out the excess skin to make the hairline lower. Also, the width of the lower portion of the nose is slightly large but the mid portion also needs to be narrowed. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Everyone has a small degree of facial asymmetry, and based on your photos, I do not see anything significant. If you are looking to improve upon the coloration of your skin, especially brown spots, a combination of sunscreen, chemical peels, and bleaching creams may be helpful for lightening your skin and for achieving an even skin color. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Start with balancing your skin tone. That is a low-risk and high yield aesthetic goal. I would recommend starting with an aesthetician to express your concerns. Sometimes all it takes is being on a tailored regimen of high quality products. Beyond this, a series of facials and peels can really help to even our your skin and get you glowing!
Many things could cause this. It could be scarred transported fat, it could be untransposed fat, If is something that will benefit from surgical revision even though you have previously had revisional surgery. There is no substitute for a detailed, in person consultation by a surgeon who is in...
Your ophthalmologist may want to excise this bump but there is a highly effective alternative. A chalazia is an inflammatory lesion. It is exquisitely sensitive to corticosteroids. A small injection in the lesion has a very high probability of resolving even your three year old chalazia. I...
Often the lateral fat pad can be inadequately reduced or additional fat can herniate forward. As with any lower lid surgery, the main risks would be excessive fat removal (hollowness) and lower lid retraction (very rare when done with a transconjunctival approach).
