If you are thinking of a lip lift, I cannot recommend Mr Harley enough. Absolutely amazing experience. The distance from my lip to nose was slowly increasing with age (54) which I felt was making me look tired and older. The transformation is incredible as you can see from my before and after pictures.

I had a video consultation with Mr Harley and a thorough consultation on the day of surgery, Mr Harley addressed all my questions and concerns and provided thorough guidance on the surgery. The surgery went smoothly, the anaesthetic was the most uncomfortable part but less painful than lip fillers and my recovery was smooth. Mr Harley took so much care and time which is reflected on how well I have healed.

I had a bullhorn lift, I went from 22mm to 11mm, a significant reduction.

The surgery nurse at the McIndoe centre said Mr Harley was the nurses favourite surgeon and I can see why.

From first consultation to final 12 week review dr Harley is patient, understanding and reassured me along the whole way.

After much searching, I had my initial consultation with Mr. Harley. He was very honest about outcomes and risks but at the same time personable and reassuring with his professionalism towards both myself and my partner.

The operation itself was a huge success for me, I don't think I will ever be able to thank him enough for changing my life in such a positive way. After 25 years of hating my body and hiding, I am now walking with pride! (even wearing my first bikini this year at 49!).

Mr Harley was very pleasant and very professional, I am glad that I picked him to do my Breast Reduction, I researched a lot of plastic surgeons and also read alot of reviews., in particular one persons review which resonated with me, I felt quite nervous and embarrassed about going for the consultation, although when I got there I felt completely at ease with Mr Harley, I also felt ok on the day of my surgery, surprisingly! Literally had my surgery yesterday and I cannot express how wonderful Mr Harley and his team have been. The Mcindoe centre have given me exceptional care from start to finish and have been very reassuring and supportive and listened to all my needs. I have had a BBA with Mr Harley and it’s only been 24 hours and he has exceeded my expectations on what the outcome was going to be as I had a difficult case and I cannot thank him enough. The room, the food and every single member of staff who had looked after me has been fantastic and I couldn’t recommend enough. I get to see my incision sites next week but they look absolutely tiny from what I have seen so far and am very happy so far.
