Meet Dr. Harley
16 Years in Practice Oliver Harley is a GMC registered specialist Plastic Surgeon, fellowship trained with over 20 years experience. He specializes in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and he has membership of BAPRAS, BAAPS and UKAAPS. He works mostly at The McIndoe Centre, Sussex UK offering a full range of cosmetic surgery procedures for face, nose, ears, breast, tummy and body. "My most commonly performed procedures are Breast Implant / lift / reduction surgeries, Tummy Tuck and Lipoabdominoplasty, Face-lift and Neck-lift, blepharoplasty.
Clinic is in East Grinstead, Sussex. We find that it is unrealistic and impractical for patients to travel more than maybe a couple of hours for appointments and treatment especially if treatment or recovery turns out to be complex - please do go ahead with your enquiry if you live in Sussex, Surrey, Kent or London; If you are from further away its probably best to look for a provider nearer to home for best convenience.
The most fulfilling part of my work is seeing the transformation these procedures can make to peoples lives in terms of restoring or improving self confidence, body image, physical relationships and wellbeing.
There is currently a trend for doing some quite extensive cosmetic ops as day cases or asking patients to stay nearby in hotels. My feeling and experience is that most patients benefit from a bit more help and support in the immediate day or two after surgery. This is also helpful for people who live a bit further away from the hospital. If you live by yourself, or maybe if you have young children at home, it may also be preferable to spend a night or two in hospital after operation.
The McIndoe Centre routinely offers competitive package rates for surgery which include overnight stay and aftercare with a great team of nurses who are highly specialised end experienced in cosmetic surgery.

Mr Harley was very pleasant and very professional, I am glad that I picked him to do my Breast Reduction, I researched a lot of plastic surgeons and also read alot of reviews., in particular one persons review which resonated with me, I felt quite nervous and embarrassed about going for the consultation, although when I got there I felt completely at ease with Mr Harley, I also felt ok on the day of my surgery, surprisingly! So I would just like to say to anyone who is reading my review that Mr Harley and all of his team were really great with me and I can’t thank them enough.

Literally had my surgery yesterday and I cannot express how wonderful Mr Harley and his team have been. The Mcindoe centre have given me exceptional care from start to finish and have been very reassuring and supportive and listened to all my needs. I have had a BBA with Mr Harley and it’s only been 24 hours and he has exceeded my expectations on what the outcome was going to be as I had a difficult case and I cannot thank him enough. The room, the food and every single member of staff who had looked after me has been fantastic and I couldn’t recommend enough. I get to see my incision sites next week but they look absolutely tiny from what I have seen so far and am very happy so far.
