Question

First surgery in Jan 2022 - midface lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthoplexy and muscle suspension. Revision surgery in August 2023 - lower blepharoplasty to correct herniated fat that wasn't there prior to surgeries. Removal of herniated fat, septal reset, cantoplexy and muscle suspension. Can anyone give me advice as to what is causing this.

Many things could cause this. It could be scarred transported fat, it could be untransposed fat, If is something that will benefit from surgical revision even though you have previously had revisional surgery. There is no substitute for a detailed, in person consultation by a surgeon who is in the business of fixing cosmetic eyelid surgery.
