Asymmetrical eyes/1 eye higher/lower than the other - what procedures can treat this? (Photo)

Updated: One of my eyes are lower than the other and I think it's noticeable. it's very noticeable when i flip pictures and i start to notice it in the mirror. What procedures can be done?
