What would you recommend for my eyes? (Photo)

Hi I had uploaded images of my eyes before and now could you let me know what would you recommend, I was told upper eye lid and eyebrow lift, but I would like a second opinion.

Thank you for your photographs. Your photograph shows two different appearances of your upper eyelids. In one photo, your left eye appears to have more redundant skin than in the other photograph.  Your brow appears to be an excellent position and I would not recommend elevating it any higher. Your upper eyelids position is excellent with regard to your pupil and iris of your eye. There are no fat bulges around your eye. The appearance of your skin around your eye is smooth, youthful and beautiful. If you would like to accent your upper eyelid show, an upper blepharoplasty with only skin removed, under local anesthesia would accomplish this quite easily.   Best wishes.

A browlift would give you a more youthful appearance.  Your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim.

You have upper eyelid ptosis. You need a correction of the upper eyelid ptosis and a structured blepharoplasty called an anchor blepharoplasty. I also think you need a stabling, lateral canthoplasty (not cat eye surgery). When this is done, your eyebrows will actually relax and soften. Less is more. Don't get talked into surgery you do not need. An over aggressive blepharoplasty will actually make you look older and less attractive. Your eyes are your best feature. Please get this right.
