Will bbl be able to help me achieve the body I want? (photos)

Thank you for your question! Looking at your wish pictures, you can achieve a similar shape with BBL and Liposuction 360. But you need to remember a few things: you will never have the same exact results as each individual is unique (bone structure, etc.), the wish pictures are only pictures, and the women are posing and are most likely not looking like this 24/7. I would recommend to bring your pictures to your consultation so your surgeon can see what you want, and decide together the best way to achieve it.

Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good BBL candidate. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. This helps contour your waist and give you an hourglass figure, and the transferred fat will help you achieve your of adding projection to your buttocks. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. In my consultation I always recommend to my patient to not have wish pic as their goal, some of them to not say all, are not realistic, everybody has different types of body and If a surgeon tells you: You can be like a wish pic that is a big lie. Definitely, a BBL procedure can help you to archive GOOD RESULTS FOR YOUR BODY type but the results it will be for YOUR BODY.

Hello @Exuberant650254, thank you for your question. BBL, which I believe is best performed through liposculture and then fat transfer to the glutes, enhances the body's contours. Additionally, it improves proportionality throughout the body. The bone structure does not change as a result of the procedure. The proportion of the body can be improved by removing fat accumulations that don't match its symmetry. Is important that you are clear with your specialist in the results that you seek. Best! based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Hello, Thanks for your question and photos. It's a good idea to carry the photo of your dreams to the office. That helps the surgeon to understand what you want. Anyway, the results may differ since everybody is different. You can have great results with Liposuction and BBL to get an hourglass-shaped body. Lipo extracts fat deposits from the belly, waist, and back, and BBL transfer the fat into the buttocks. I'm sure you'll be happy. From your photos I think you would move towards your goal photos with a BBL. Weight loss would also be helpful to get you closer to your wish pictures. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

You will not be able to obtain results similar to your wish pictures.
To get an idea of what Liposuction can do I suggest you consider the thickness of your subcutaneous fat layer. take the tip of your finger and gently pressed against your skin over any area like your ribs abdomen or pelvic bones to get an idea of the thickness of your fat layer. i’m going to guess it’s typically about 1 1/2 inches thick. in some areas it may be 2 inches and another areas it may be 1 inch.
If you remove 75% of the fat which is possible with well done aggressive liposuction you should expect those areas to come in about 0.75-1.5”. It may not be enough to have a significant change in clothing size, alter your weight or have noticeable changes in body measurements.
With Liposuction and the potential change is directly related to how much fat there is to remove.
If your fat thickness is 1 inch then 1 inch is the theoretical maximum amount of impact removing fat can have. In reality we never remove all the fat so 3/4 of an inch is a realistic amount of change.
Liposuction has no impact on muscular skeletal structure which is what determines your main overall body shape.
I suggest looking at realistic before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body shapes to your own.
To get a quality assessment and begin the process of vetting plastic surgeons to find the most talented and experience provider I suggest all patients interested in this procedure schedule multiple in person consultation with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your community who seem to have experience with the BBL procedure.
During each in person consultation ask each provider to open up your portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures.
Ask them to show you as many pictures as possible of previous patients who have similar body contours to your own.
Ask them to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and outcomes I did not turn out as well as they had hoped for.
Being shown a handful of sample pictures representing the best results of their career is it sufficient to get a clear understanding of what the average results will look like.
For a reference and experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures.
Continue having in person consultations until you feel very comfortable you found a provider with sufficient skeleton experience and that you yourself have a good understanding in regards to your candidacy for the procedure including what can and what cannot be achieved with Liposuction and fat transfer.
Having expectations far beyond what can be achieved it’s like me to leave you disappointing.
