I can't say enough about this surgery/spa center. I had surgery on May 27,2020. My doctor was Dr. Omar Jimenez, aka Golden Boy! I had an in person consultation with Dr. Sergio Verduzco on May 1,2020. Dr. Verduzco was, informed, caring , and understood what I needed to achieve the goal I wanted.I am a 42 mom of 2. The self confidence that was given back to me is a dream come true! I wil forever be indebted to Vive, and, will only use them for my future plastic surgery needs! #PROUDVIVEDOLL
Went with Goldenboy for my first surgery ever. I got a bbl, lipo 360, arm lipo and bichotemy (buccal fat removal). I expressed prior to surgery that I was very insecure about my back fat, and lower tummy and wanted to make sure those areas were prioritized for lipo. I also informed him I did not want lats. I wanted to focus on hips although I knew I required multiple rounds of fat transfer to get the hips I deserved considering I have a very athletic build with no hips or fat in the area naturally. Immediately after surgery I noticed he had given me lats which I specifically said I did not want. The doctor gave me wayy to much upper butt and not enough lower butt making for an unwanted “shelf a$$” which doesn’t match the rest of my body. In addition, he did not remove enough fat in my lower stomach which caused a problem during my healing process and caused me to retain extra fluid and resolved in a seroma in my lower abdomen. Before you ask, yes I wore compression, drank water, got 15+ massages and avoided sodium for over a month after surgery in case you were wondering. Not to mention, he made incisions on my hips which are very obvious even with silicone scar cream and skin lightening products. For this reason most doctors actually make two incisions on a patients upper buttocks to access the hips as the skin on the hips is more prone to scarring due to tension (if that makes sense). Luckily my results are fixable and I’ll be going to another surgeon in January for bbl and lipo revision, but I do not recommend this doctor. I thought I did enough research when selecting him with my initial procedure, but clearly I was mistaken. Updated on 22 Aug 2022: Hey you all ! Thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate everyone being supportive with me sharing. The original pictures are 4/5 months post op. I’m now 8 months post op, but still not in love with my results so I am moving forward with the revision as planned. As you all can see my butt did round out a bit and “fluff” after the 6 month mark.
Hello, thanks for your question and photos. You are a candidate for a breast lift with o without implants. You can have the results you want, but maybe you'll need more than the donut procedure. You may need a vertical cut from the lower fold of the breasts to the areola that will keep hidden under your bra or bikini. Contact a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for an in-person exam. Good luck!
Hello, Thanks for your question and photos. It's a good idea to carry the photo of your dreams to the office. That helps the surgeon to understand what you want. Anyway, the results may differ since everybody is different. You can have great results with Liposuction and BBL to get an hourglass-shaped body. Lipo extracts fat deposits from the belly, waist, and back, and BBL transfer the fat into the buttocks. I'm sure you'll be happy. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for an in-person exam. Good luck!
Hello, thanks for your question, and congrats on your weight loss. As you may know, you must be under 28 or 30 BMI to get the best results after surgery. You are a candidate for Liposuction to extract fat deposits, Tummy Tuck to eliminate saggy skin, and BBL for fat transfer into the buttocks, correcting its shape as you want. You can have all the procedures in one session, depending on your health condition. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a complete physical exam. You can have amazing results! Good luck!
Hello. Thanks for your question. The answer depends on your condition and your personal goals. If you have a large amount of saggy skin, you may need a vertical incision to get the best results. Only after an in-person consultation is possible to respond. Contact a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for a complete exam. Good luck!
Hello, thanks for your question. The garment is an important part of the recovery after BBL. It helps shape the buttocks, avoid problems during the first weeks, and for the best healing. An entire faja is an option depending on your procedure. You'll have Lipo to extract fat deposits, and the complete garment helps to recover in other areas of the body. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area for an in-person exam. Good luck!
