I found Dr. Morad Askari by doing a simple Google search for the best plastic surgeon in Miami Sept. 2025, and he was the top result. I was specifically looking for a BBL and liposuction 360. His reviews on Google and RealSelf were incredible. After submitting an inquiry online, I heard back from Jessica the very next day, and we scheduled a call. She answered all my questions, and I never felt pressured to book. Between then and my surgery in February 2026, Ely became my coordinator, and she was phenomenal. Every time I texted her, she responded quickly, usually within a few mins but at the latest the same day. On the day of my pre-op, Dr. Askari was warm and personable. He answered all my concerns, and he made me feel completely at ease. I showed him the areas I wanted addressed and also some “wish pictures”. He explained in detail what he’d be able to do based on my body and he told me he didn’t want anyone to be able to point out that I had a BBL—and he absolutely delivered. Ely also told me, once you’re a patient, you’re a patient for life. Dr. Askari called me the day after surgery to check in, and he answered all my follow-up questions. From beginning to end my experience with this office has been seamless. The entire office team is just as wonderful in person as on the phone, and Dr. Askari’s wife, Hoda, is so sweet. I can’t say enough good things—I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could! Dr. Askari and his wife have curated an amazing space where their patients feel safe, valued, supported and cared for.

From the very beginning, every single person I worked with was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Everything about my journey has been exceptional! From scheduling and paying deposit to now being 12 days PO. We came up with a plan for a TT BA/BL. The staff was great about getting me my preop orders in time and all information regarding payments. Dr. Askari is very kind and gentle in his mannerism. He explained to me what would give me the best results and I agreed. We wound up doing FDL for optimal results on TT and when it came to my BA; I left that to his expertise. He knew I didn’t want anything too big but he also let me know that it would take a more full high profile to get a great result. I have never been more proud and confident in my healing. My incisions are beautiful and he didn’t do extra just because. We had originally planned for lipo but decided it was actually not needed at all. If you get a chance to work with Askari, do!
