I was referred to him by a local lymphatic massage therapist as she told she liked the work he did on her post op clients. He is the best plastic surgeon I've ever met. He and his staff are extremely professional, kind, and surgically is clearly very expiernced in delivering a great result. Pretty much exactly what I wanted and he does ultrasound assisted procedures so I felt more comfortable as this is safer so you have less surgical risks. I was scheduled to have multiple liposcuplture procedures at the same time and he was able to deliver what I wanted especially great lipo technique and technology. It's only been 2 weeks and I healed much better than the previous time I had traditional lipo- where I developed a seroma from mediocre technique.. also the lipo is extremely even all over. The last time I also had my chin done I had divets and irregularities despite even having a lot of fat to remove because the last guy didn't care. But for Dr. Askari- I have nothing but nice and positive things. Especially also he really is a respectable doctor/ has a great clean facility and practice like a real Dr's office... not like the rest of the Florida chop shops/ plastic surgery mills you were meet your surgeon the day of the procedure without being able to talk what you want and can expect- among other predatory practices. I inquired about a few other things to my procedure and he didn't try to sell me on unnecessary things- Plus his prices are exceptional for the work he does. I'll be passing on the same positive recommendation I got to others seeking similar procedures and family. Thanks so much lol..
I had the most professional wonderful experience here! This is my second time getting the same surgery but my first time going to Doctor Askari and it was night and day from my first experience! He was extremely professional but honest. Gave me the look I wanted but also what would fit my body best. My recovery and pain was very minimum and the results were so much better! Hoda was amazing, kind and constantly checking on me before and after the surgery. The front desk girls are sweet and even the staff during the day of the surgery were amazing. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism everyone showed, and I love my results!
The entire journey with Revive, and Dr. Askari has been amazing. As a medical professional myself, I have a high expectation of care and the patient experience. They have superseded my expectations. I am pleased with the results this far and cannot wait until I am further in the healing journey to see the final result. I had Lipo, J-Plasma and a BBL. I would recommend Dr. Askari and his team over and over again.
I had surgery preformed here, and it was amazing! The nurses and doctors are really nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I could’t have asked for a better experience and I’ll definitely be suggesting this surgery center to my friends and family!
This is my 2nd round with Dr. Askari and Revive. 2 years ago, I had a tummy tuck and back lipo. It was amazing and a great experience. I came back for a breast revision and mesh bra insert. I had a reduction and lift years ago by another doctor in my hometown and it needed to be tweaked and updated. I also had Lipo 360 and a “Skinny BBL”. The experience the 2nd time around was even better than the first…if that is even possible. Dr. Askari is simply the BEST of the BEST! He is compassionate, humble, and truly talented. He gave me exactly what I wanted. I did not want a big butt, but wanted a sculpted, shaped and rounder butt, I also wanted my hips evened out; I was curvier on one side than the other. He gave me an awesome butt and great new boobs! I am 53 years old and have the body of a 25 year old. I do take my fitness and nutrition very seriously, but I could not have achieved the results without the work of Dr. Askari. After my surgery, I got very sick from the anesthesia. My nurse called him that evening and he ordered me an IV for the next day. He also called me personally the next day to discuss my surgery and results and to see how I was feeling…no other surgeons are doing that, period! After my post op appointment, I was having an issue with my antibiotic. Dr. Askari and Revive, quickly changed my antibiotic and that made a huge difference in my recovery. From the minute I booked my surgery, Monica and all the staff were wonderful. They remembered me from the last time and feel like I built a bond with them. Hoda, Dr. Askari’s wife is one in a million as well. Both she and Dr. Askari came out after my surgery and talked to my daughter about everything. My recovery was longer than expected because my breast surgery took longer than anticipated. They are all so personable and always attentive to questions. I am currently 2 and ½ weeks post op and am doing awesome. I love my new body and cannot wait for swimsuit season! Thank you Dr. Askari and Revive! I would not go to any other surgeon!
Dr Askari and Medical staff at Revive Surgical Institute were outstanding from start to finish. My consultation was seamless. Dr. Askari answered all of my questions and was very through explaining everything along the way. I felt to comfortable and at ease. My results are amazing! I feel like a new person. Thank you Dr Askari for being so patient and kind. This experience couldn't have gone any better.
Ok so let me just start off by saying that I am so happy that I chose Dr. Askari for my procedure. I am an extreme weight loss patient — I lost 165 pounds and I have/had loose skin EVERYWHERE. It was important to me to choose a doctor who has experience in working with patients that have underwent extreme weight loss like me. It was also important to me to choose a doctor who doesn’t treat their patients like a piece of meat in a chop shop. Dr. Askari and his staff not only treated me like a human being but with so much kindness dignity and respect and I truly felt cared for and well taken care of! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a terrible experience trying to book with a different surgeon but honestly I think it was a sign from God because deciding to go with Dr. Askari was the best decision I could have ever made! He graciously offered to fit me in to his schedule kind of last minute — just a few weeks before my procedure on a day that he normally doesn’t do surgeries. Not only that he had just returned from vacation and him and his lovely wife opened up the office on a Sunday evening just so that I could have my pre-op appointment with him the day before my procedure. He patiently sat with me and my friend and answered all of our questions and I felt so reassured once again that I made the right choice. Even after surgery, he and his staff followed up almost everyday the first few days to check on me and even after that whenever I had a question they were very responsive and helpful. Also a special shoutout to his anesthesiologist. I have anxiety and I had a mini meltdown on the table as they were preparing me for surgery and omg he calmed me down and helped me feel so much better. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. I had an FDL tummy tuck with muscle repair, full back lipo, jplasma, and bbl. I absolutely love my results!! Dr. Askari snatched me! My tummy is super flat and my waist is tiny. And his incisions are immaculate! And he gave me back the booty I lost with all the weight loss!! I’m 2 weeks post op today and I am so happy with my results so far. I 100% recommend Dr. Askari and I’m so grateful to him and his team for helping me get closer to my body goals after all of my weight loss. Words can’t express how happy I am!!
On January 29th I had surgery with DR Askari. From pre op to post op everything well smooth how I expected. The nurses and DR were caring and helpful. The surgery went without any complications I had no pain at all only Tylenol every 6 hours. I’m loving my results and now I am 6 weeks post op and I thank god that I found Dr Askari. Thank you to the whole team ????
When I first spoke with the team at Revive they were very courteous & knowledgeable. I was able to send my photos in and have a phone consultation easily scheduled. Through out my journey and during my recovery they remain active in trying to have me be the healthiest me I can be. Dr. Askari was exceptional at being able to answer any questions I might have as to my care either before or after surgery, as was his whole team. They have made each part, from traveling to the surgery center from out of state to waking up on the other side a whole new me, a perfect experience. If your looking for a surgeon you can have confidence in his skills but also his gentle bed side manner. I would easily choose to go through with this decision again so long as this team was by my side.
Outstanding BBL and Breast Augmentation Experience with Dr. Askari – Highly Recommend! About a year ago, I had a BBL, breast augmentation, lipo 360 plus chin and arms with J Plasma and scar revision (for previous breast lift and tummy tuck scars from a different surgeon) with Dr. Askari, and I can confidently say it was the best plastic surgery experience I’ve ever had. From pre-op to post-op, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel completely at ease. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Pre-Op Process Since I was an out-of-town patient, my consultation process began remotely. Before scheduling my surgery, I had to submit photos for evaluation and then had a phone consultation with Dr. Askari. He went over my goals, explained what was realistic, and gave me a clear idea of what to expect. For my pre-op medical clearance, I had everything done locally through my primary care physician. Dr. Askari and his team require a thorough medical evaluation, including a chest X-ray, EKG, and extensive lab work, and while this may seem like a lot, it was actually one of the things that gave me the most peace of mind. It reassured me that he truly prioritizes patient safety, which is exactly what you want in a surgeon. I had some delays with my lab work and had a lot of questions, but his coordinators, first Ely, then Barbara, were so patient, helpful, and kind throughout the process. I also appreciated that I was able to prepay for my post-op medications through their boutique pharmacy service, which made surgery day so much smoother. In-Person Consultation The day before surgery, I met Dr. Askari and his team at the clinic. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest staff. They were gorgeous, but also incredibly humble, funny, and kind. I’ve had experiences in the past where plastic surgery staff felt judgmental, but not here. Instead, these ladies hyped me up, reassured me, and made me feel amazing. After filling out the necessary paperwork, I met Dr. Askari in person, and he was everything you’d want in a surgeon—polite, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. Even though we had already spoken on the phone, he took his time reassessing my goals, answering any last-minute questions, and fine-tuning the details of my procedure. Before I left, I was given all my medications as well as a thoughtfully prepared recovery kit with a BBL pillow, compression garments, and all the essentials I’d need. Day of Surgery On the morning of my surgery, my husband drove me to the clinic, and from the moment I walked in, everything was seamless and efficient. The prep process was quick and easy, and before I knew it, I was in the OR. The surgery itself went perfectly, and when I woke up from anesthesia, I was surprisingly comfortable with no pain at all. I had a few hours to relax and recover before being discharged. Post-Op Care and Recovery After surgery, I was transported back to my hotel by car and wheelchair since I had multiple procedures done. One of the kindest and most attentive caregivers took care of me for the next several hours, ensuring I was comfortable, hydrated, fed, and properly medicated. This was such a huge relief for both me and my husband because I was professionally monitored during the critical early hours post-surgery. The next day, another caregiver came to my hotel to continue assisting me, which was incredibly helpful. Having someone experienced walk me through the recovery process step by step gave me so much confidence. Pain Management: My pain levels were very manageable because I stayed on top of my medications. The first three days were the toughest, not because of pain, but because of discomfort. Having both breast and butt procedures meant I had to be extra cautious with positioning. But honestly, time passes quickly, and staying in a positive mindset helped a lot. Early Mobility: I made sure to be as active as possible and started taking gentle walks around my hotel right away, which I believe helped my recovery significantly. Follow-Ups: After about a week, I had a post-op check-up, and at two weeks, I was cleared to fly home. Even after returning home, Dr. Askari’s team continued checking in on me regularly, which was so reassuring. Final Thoughts – Would I Do It Again? Absolutely! Dr. Askari exceeded my expectations in every single way, from the thorough pre-op process, the warm and welcoming staff, the seamless surgery, and the amazing post-op care. Now, a year later, I’m still in love with my results, and if I ever decide to have any additional procedures, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Dr. Askari without a second thought. If you’re considering plastic surgery and want a surgeon who prioritizes safety, beautiful results, and a great experience from start to finish, I highly recommend Dr. Askari. 10/10 experience!
Thank you for your question. It’s best to hold off on a tummy tuck until you’re closer to your goal weight because losing more weight after the tummy tuck can lead to additional loose skin which can affect your final results. However, if the hanging skin is making things difficult for you, a procedure called panniculectomy that includes removing just the overhanging skin could be an option to improve comfort and mobility while you continue losing weight. Once you're closer to your goal and have maintained it for a while, a full tummy tuck with lipo will give you the best contouring and skin tightening. Meeting with a surgeon for an in-person consultation will give you the best idea of what will work for your body.
Thank you for your question. You might be a candidate for a tummy tuck after a laparotomy, but the final decision depends on an in-person consultation to assess your healing progress, overall health, and the location of the laparotomy scar. Regarding whether the scar can be removed, the scar below the belly button can be removed, while the scar above may remain but can flatten or shift with the skin tightening. Your surgeon can assess your scar location and abdominal wall in person to determine if you're a good candidate and whether your scar can be excised during surgery.
Thank you for your question. A small belly hernia can be repaired at the same time with liposuction and BBL procedure depending on the type, size, and location of the hernia. It's important that your surgeon evaluate the hernia and abdominal wall to determine whether it can be safely repaired during the same operation. Combining procedures can reduce overall recovery time, but must be done with safety in mind.
Thank you for your question. X-rays are not very reliable for evaluating breast implants. Breast implants on X-ray images do not provide detailed information about the implant shell or surrounding tissues and can sometimes look distorted or asymmetrical. This doesn’t necessarily indicate a problem, especially if you're not experiencing pain, shape changes, or signs of rupture. You can have a breast MRI if you want to assess implant integrity and positioning.
Thank you for your question. You should be able to have a tummy tuck even if you have an old appendectomy scar. In many cases, the scar from the appendectomy can be removed entirely during the tummy tuck procedure. However, since your scar seems positioned higher than where excisions typically occur, it may not be entirely removed. The extent of this depends on the amount of loose skin present during a physical examination. That said, even if the scar isn’t entirely excised, the tummy tuck will tighten the skin, flattening the appearance of the scar and enhancing your overall body contour. In certain cases, scar might complicate tummy tucks do to blood supply, so an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon will help determine the best approach for you.
