Dear Intuitive997540,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hi! Thank you fro posting. Sculptra can definitely help make it more symmetrical, but i If there is too much difference as far as volume, a bit more fat might be necessary. A combination of minimal fat grafting with Sculptra would be good option as well.Best of luck,Dr. Miguel Mota
Thank you for your questions. In this case I will recommend you to talk with your specialist and he/she can let you know the best way to correct this based on the technique their used. Best of luck! Dr. Quiroz
You have asked this before... Since you need virtual or in person detailed examination to see if you have any available fat to transfer, I offered my "COMPOSITE BBL" option..using any fat + Sculptra/Radeisse injections. Fees from $8,000-$25,000 ( depends how many vials of the injections are used). Again best to seek in person or virtual consult with....
The human body is far from symmetrical. To make an assessment on the outcome of an operation we need to see proper before and after pictures. For individuals who had more than one procedure we need to see before and after pictures of you procedure.I need to know what you look like when you started.Everybody has one gluteal side that’s different than the other both in regards to shape and size.Nobody has body symmetry.Having had two procedures it’s hard to make an assessment without having all pertinent information at our disposal.I suggest you talk to your provider about doing a revision. Most likely reducing the larger side would be the way to go.Perhaps you like the bigger side better in which case adding more fat to the smaller side could be an option. The baseline asymmetry tends to be based on skeletal structure and fat distribution tends to be fairly symmetrical.Your situation is a little complex to get a quality response based on your post.Sculptra is probably not a realistic option Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
