Dear Intuitive997540,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hi! Thank you fro posting. Sculptra can definitely help make it more symmetrical, but i If there is too much difference as far as volume, a bit more fat might be necessary. A combination of minimal fat grafting with Sculptra would be good option as well.Best of luck,Dr. Miguel Mota
Thank you for your questions. In this case I will recommend you to talk with your specialist and he/she can let you know the best way to correct this based on the technique their used. Best of luck! Dr. Quiroz
You have asked this before... Since you need virtual or in person detailed examination to see if you have any available fat to transfer, I offered my "COMPOSITE BBL" option..using any fat + Sculptra/Radeisse injections. Fees from $8,000-$25,000 ( depends how many vials of the injections are used). Again best to seek in person or virtual consult with....
The human body is far from symmetrical. To make an assessment on the outcome of an operation we need to see proper before and after pictures. For individuals who had more than one procedure we need to see before and after pictures of you procedure.I need to know what you look like when you started.Everybody has one gluteal side that’s different than the other both in regards to shape and size.Nobody has body symmetry.Having had two procedures it’s hard to make an assessment without having all pertinent information at our disposal.I suggest you talk to your provider about doing a revision. Most likely reducing the larger side would be the way to go.Perhaps you like the bigger side better in which case adding more fat to the smaller side could be an option. The baseline asymmetry tends to be based on skeletal structure and fat distribution tends to be fairly symmetrical.Your situation is a little complex to get a quality response based on your post.Sculptra is probably not a realistic option Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Thank you for your question. After a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery, a compression garment, also known as a "faja," is typically recommended to help reduce swelling, promote healing, and maintain the shape of the newly contoured buttocks. The pressure from the faja can also help to reshape...
Hello @oliviahansen, thank you for your question. Depending on the surgical technique and approach, there may be some causes of inflammation for a period of time. There are generally predetermined times for a surgery. The early stages of recovery usually happen between the first and second...
Hello @ghanagirl1, thank you for your question. Every practice has different requirements for performing a BBL I suggest you speak with the specialist that will perform surgery. It is because the requirements for each surgery vary from specialist to specialist. To reduce the risk, I require my...
Thank you so much for your question. Definitely I will not recommend that procedure if you was one of my patient, the fat to be transfer to your buttocks (BBL) needs to be good quality of fat. Hope this helps Dr. Quiroz
Hello @JessicaJade84, thank you for your question. In order to ensure a successful outcome, it is essential to follow all instructions given by the doctor who performed the surgery, including any post-operative protocols that are recommended. For more information and recommendations is best to...
Thanks for your question. I tend to believe that a good compression garment really helps the outcome of the surgery. The intention of the garment should be to compress areas of lipo and hold up the buttock area where fat is injected. I think its very important that the garment is used everyday...
