Answer: Facial Rejuvenation Consultation Thank you for sharing your question and photos. It sounds like you have done a fair amount of research regarding the treatments that can address your concerns about your lower face and neck. Based on the photos you have provided, you appear to be an excellent candidate for a micro neck lift. This is a surgical procedure that will improve the contour of the lower face and neck, offering a very natural, rejuvenated result. FaceTite is also a great treatment if you are not ready to consider surgical intervention. I will say you may be disappointed by degree of improvement FaceTite can offer you, as it mainly tightens the area and does not offer lifting. Fat transfer would not accomplish your goals of improving the appearance of the lower face and neck. It may be recommended in tandem with other procedures, but alone would not address your primary concerns. For more information, please see a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who is experienced in surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures. Best of luck, Dr. Kian.

Answer: Neck lift with fat grafting It appears, based on your photos, that your neck may need some attention. Anterior neck with muscle tightening and skin rearrangement may be sufficient in that regard. Fat grafting of selected areas (cheeks, along jawline, chin) may help. In person evaluation is suggested for more accurate planning. Good luck.

Answer: What are my options for rejuvenation of MY lower face?? Seek out a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon with vast experience managing the aging face-and you will find your answer. A methodical examination of your facial and neck anatomy will readily indicate to both your self and your surgeon what would be the best course of action for you. Minimal changes may frequently be addressed by a non-interventional approach employing some battery of injectables , but once gravitational aging becomes evident in the upper neck and lower face-the gold standard remains some form of a neck and lower facelift. A careful examination will clearly point one way or the other, and after inspecting your reasonably well taken photographs-I would go out on a limb and suggest to you that some form of a surgical approach (lower face and upper neck lift perhaps) would provide you with the longest lasting and most natural appearance to your early aging face. Good luck to you in your quest for facial rejuvenation !!

Answer: Facelift Candidate? You appear to be in the very early stages of aging with volume loss in your mid face. I would recommend the volume enhancement using a number of techniques ranging from fat to synthetic fillers. Once facial aging progresses to skin laxity and dissent, I recommend a micro or many facelift. I have found that patients who get treated surgically sooner end up looking better longer. Sincerely, Philip J. Miller, MD, FACS Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Facial evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a mini facelift with a neck lift. If good technique is used, this can be done with minimal scarring and can result in a natural look, not over-done look, with rejuvenation of your face. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
