I chose Dr. Singh he did a great job on my tummy tuck with 360 lipo. Dr. Signh made me feel comfortable, and I loved his personality, he also has a great staff they reassure me that I was in good hand. Before surgery my body was a mess now at 2 weeks pre op I feel so confident with my body. In 6 months my results get even better. I definitely will refer him as a suregon and in my opinion he's the best, and also have great bed side manners.
Great experience from start to finish. I am 4 days post-op and I am happy with my results. My PS was attentive and honest and he went with what I felt comfortable with. I love the fact that my surgery was performed in a hospital and there was a team of at least 6 people there to care for me during the surgery. Once I got home I received multiple calls from my surgeon and his staff to ensure my recovery is going well. Updated on 16 Dec 2020: So it's been 11 days and I feel great! My new girlfriends are settling well. I am back to doing low-impact cardio and fully back to my daily activities. Recovery was not as bad as I thought. Here's a breakdown: Day 1 & 2: I honestly don't remember much. I don't take medicine so the pain meds had me either high or asleep. Mostly asleep! LOL! My best friend kept me on schedule with my pain meds and recovery vitamins. Day 3: I stopped pain meds because I got tired of the way it made me feel. I used ice packs on and of all day and took vitamins that help support healing. When I say these vitamins actually worked, I am so serious!! My incisions healed so fast even my doctor was impressed with my progress. Anyhoo, I walked a lot on day 3. I was constipated so I took a laxative. After that ran it's course I started feeling a lot better. I took extra strength (OTC) Tylenol before bed. The pain seemed to get worse at night, kinda like when you have a cold. I drank a ton of water to try and flush the medication out of my system. Day 4: I was able to do a bit more moving around, but the swelling was still there and there was a lot of pain. The sensation retuned in certain parts of my breasts but not all parts. It's weird. LOL! Day 5: I started to feel like myself again. Each day got a little easier, but day 5 I noticed a huge difference in how I felt. I was able to return to my daily activities with no assistance at all. Day 6: My post-op follow-up with my PS. He was impressed with my recovery and the how well my incisions healed. I drove myself to my appointment, went shopping, had a little lunch outing and came home. I was so pooped after that. I decided to actually take it easy and rest more than I was previous days because I could tell I was getting fatigued easily. Day 7-8: I slept a lot. Day 9: I started teleworking and catching upon email. My back started hurting and I noticed a slight difference in my posture as I was sitting at my desk. These boobs are heavy!! I mean 2lbs in your hand is a vast difference than 2 lbs in your chest. Day 10 & 11: Right now I am just trying to get used to having breasts. My doc told me to wear a bra most of the day to support the formation of my crease. I am actually back to my pre-surgery weight which means I actually lost weight overall. I should be 2lbs heavier than normal, but I am a 3 lbs lighter.
Dr. Singh was the first doctor to ever do my lip filler. Just one time is all it took and I never want to live without his filler technique. I’ve had other plastic surgeons do my lip filer since then and I have learned the hard way that I will alway stick to Dr. Singh when it comes to something as critical as my Face!
I had my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Singh almost 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! When deciding on the sizing of implants, he agreed with the sizes I personally wanted and didn't push me to go smaller or larger. After going back and forth on the sizes, I decided on 450cc srf natrelle inspira implants. Dr. Singh and his staff are extremely kind, professional, and personable. It feels like you're going to visit your friends when you go into the office. From the initial consultation to surgery day, I knew I was in good hands and was never nervous during the process. All questions were promptly answered and I felt safe knowing I was in their care. The day of surgery was a breeze. The staff at the surgery center were also very kind and made sure I was comfortable before heading into the operating room. Next thing I know, I wake up with new boobs! I was very groggy from anesthesia but surprisingly not in any type of pain or nausea. Once I got home, I was walking around like nothing happened. However, it was the next several days after surgery when the soreness and discomfort kicked in. I comfortably returned to work 1 week after my surgery with no issues. I'm excited to see how my breasts drop and settle in within the next several weeks and can't thank them enough for such a smooth surgical journey so far.
I got my 360 liposuction( abs, flanks, bra rolls) July 31st. I first met dr.singh and his staff last year in January. I met with 4 different surgeons, even though I knew I would most likely be going with Dr Singh. I had two consultations with him and I knew for sure I picked the perfect DR. Dr.sing and his staff are so welcoming and helpful, I felt so comfortable asking them any questions I have. His confidence in him self also made me very comfortable. I have never had any surgery before but I knew I was going to be in good hands. I am now 5 days post op and even though I have lots of swelling I am in love with my results!! I really wish they posted more picture on their Instagram and facebook so everyone can see how amazing he is. Thank you so much Dr.Singh and staff
I met Dr. Singh and his team first time in 2013. He came highly recommended by a family friend who had a difficult reconstructive surgery done by him. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable, has great beside manners, and most importantly takes his time to listens and to come up with the right procedure for his patients. I've had two surgeries with him and I am very pleased with the outcomes. A third surgery that I wanted, he honestly suggested an alternative non-surgical procedure that saves me time, money and most importantly, was the right decision. I highly recommend Dr. Singh and his great support team.
I’ve been visiting Dr. Singh’s office for years!. He is the best plastic surgeon!. I Always leave his office with confidence and ease. I have gotten lip fillers and I just love the results!. He most recently performed a scar revision on my arm from a previous cyst removal. I am extremely happy with my results!. I can’t wait for my upcoming procedure in January 2019 with him.
Dr. Singh is AMAZING!!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his team.He is so personable and I loved that he and his team made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. I started my journey with Dr. Singh in 2010 with a breast augmentation. I did 500cc saline, filled to 550cc. He and his staff was so supportive and helpful before, during, and after surgery. My breasts look so nature and look fantastic!!! I was so happy withy results and Dr. Singh that I went back to him for a tummy tuck with muscle repair in 2012 and now I'm going back for liposuction!
I had a another great experience with Dr. Singh and his amazing staff. I had liposuction in October and I came back for a revision. Originally I wanted to have additional areas of liposuction but I had a really short timeline, and being that Dr. Singh is super talented and thorough, he’s highly sought after, and I couldn’t get on his schedule in time for what I needed. Point being, he’s an amazing surgeon, and I loved the results of his work so much that I want to have more areas done. In the follow up appointments from my previous procedure, I noticed a scar that was a little more visible than I liked, and I wanted additional liposuction on my upper inner thighs. By the time I was able to get in for the procedure, both of the issues pretty much resolved themselves. So if you’re undergoing liposuction, just be patient with the healing process. It’s worth the wait, but I’ve found that it does take quite a while for everything to heal entirely and for the scars to lighten. I still had the lipo procedure performed with local anesthetic. I couldn’t feel anything. The only thing you can feel is a pinch from the initial injection of lidocaine (the numbing agent) and everything else is a breeze. It’s a bit strange to think about what’s happening to your body while you’re lying there but Dr. Singh and his staff are all very kind, patient, and the Dr. makes you feel super comfortable. I felt at-ease and he walked me through each step of the process. I felt embarrassingly chatty, as if I were drunk, but I felt zero pain when it was over. I was even able to sit up and walk out without assistance. It’s pretty amazing. You need to wear a compression garment for a few weeks post op, but I was back to work in 3 days. I know the decision to have cosmetic surgery is a big one. It can be costly, and it carries some risk, but it will change your life for the better. I used this site a lot when making my decision and I had consultations with several surgeons. I took a methodical approach, weighed all my options carefully, and I can say with full confidence that if you’re looking for a procedure that Dr. Singh performs, you should go with him, or at least have a consultation. He’s an amazing doctor and just a great person in general. His staff is as kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable as he is, and all of that makes a huge difference. Good luck in your cosmetic surgery journey.
I had a great experience with Navin K. Singh and his staff. I researched my procedure for several years, and I visited 6 different surgeons (including one in the same building) before meeting Dr. Singh and deciding to move forward with the surgery on Oct 27 2016. Cosmetic surgery can be expensive, and with good reason, and so before making this decision, I wanted to feel completely safe and comfortable with a doctor and his or her staff. Dr Navin was the most thorough and personable doctor I visited. I felt like he was incredibly warm and forthcoming. It was also his front desk staff that won me over. They worked with me on financing options, which made the procedures, even for someone like me who works in non-profit and is paying down grad school loans, totally doable. I never thought I'd be able to afford cosmetic surgery, but again, its totally doable with the financing options. His staff was also available to answer all of my questions and they were really open and kind. The night before the surgery, the anesthesiologist called me and talked me through what to expect. That was really reassuring. On the day of the surgery, I was really nervous and started crying, but Dr Singh's staff was so patient and this woman literally held my hand until I felt ready to go into surgery. Recovery was somewhat painful, but not as much as I expected. The amazing service continued with my Post Op appointments, and I could not be happier with the results. I am a lifelong athlete and always worked out and ate healthy, but Ive always had some areas that didn't respond to the hard work/ discipline, and now its embarrassing to say, but I stand in front of the mirror in my undies admiring the results! Dr. Singh is a perfectionist and he's trained an amazing and professional team. I know my body will never be 100% perfect, but he's gotten me pretty close and the important thing is that I feel perfect! Thanks Dr Singh and staff.
As you no doubt know from your research that Liposuction and Tummy tuck are very different things. Liposuction will remove the fat but not the skin. Some excess skin can tighten up of course but not all of it. The results are generally less dramatic with liposuction. In a tummy tuck the excess skin and fat is removed and loose abdominal muscles from having had children are tightened up. Without pictures it is very hard to say which you are suitable for. Your BMI of 30% does help and despite that it might indicate that you would still be a candidate for liposuction. If you're willing to share pictures then I might be able to provide a better insight.
For Liposuction of the bra fat and Axillary wings you can target just those areas but in most cases Liposuction of the whole back is the best way to blend and treat everything at once. If you wanted you could of course have just the specific areas targeted for Liposuction and then if needed do the other areas. That would involve to separate surgeries and two separate recovery times and you're probably better off getting everything treated at once. Of course the choice is always yours on how to proceed.
Based on the pictures you have provided, you have minimal skin laxity and some excess fat. I believe liposuction would be the most appropriate option. For some patients if there is a lot of skin or a lot of laxity then a Brachioplasty or Arm Lift is needed but that involves scars. The standard technique is a long scar that extends from the elbow all the way to the armpit but sometimes a short scar technique which hides the scar within the armpit can be used. Luckily it appears that you would be most suitable for Liposuction which just has a couple needle holes associated with it.
Breast implants will likely need to be replaced during your lifetime. Most women end up changing their breast implants between 10-15 years. This may be because they've had kids and now need a breast lift, gained weight/lost weight and want to go larger/smaller, or had a complication such as implant rupture. If however there is no problem, there is no need to replace an implant unless you're dissatisfied with the appearance or if a problem has developed. It's not like an oil change which you have to do every 5,000 miles. If there's no problem with the implant, it can be left alone.
The results of a tummy tuck with drains and without drains look approximately the same. If anything, the surgery in which a drain was used will look better because there has been less edema, less swelling and less heaviness in the tissue since all that early swelling fluid has been wicked and drained away. We see more swelling in tummy tucks without a drain for a longer period of time than with a drain. Ultimately, they both heal well but if I had to say which heals and looks better, I would say the one with a drain - there is less swelling and more skin can be excised during the surgery.
