Best surgery options to fix my square yet not flat butt?

You may consider fat grafting. This is a procedure where the surgeon would remove fat from other parts of your body to then purify and inject into your bum. With this type of procedure, your board certified surgeon will be able to give you the shape you want. You may also consider gluteal implants. However, in general, BBL is a terrific procedure because the liposuction component is able to sculpt your waist, hips, and back so that you have a beautifully defined and contoured body. The fat can then be transferred to the buttocks and placed strategically to give you the more rounded shape you are looking for. Part of the art of a BBL is using the liposuction part to shape the waist, hips, abdomen and butt.  Liposuction can be used to give your butt a more round shape then the fat reinjected in places you need volume.  Butt implants would not be ideal for a case like yours.
