Without seeing a picture of your body it is hard to recommend what is best for you. However, in general, BBL is a terrific procedure because the liposuction component is able to sculpt your waist, hips, and back so that you have a beautifully defined and contoured body. The fat can then be transferred to the buttocks and placed strategically to give you the more rounded shape you are looking for. Part of the art of a BBL is using the liposuction part to shape the waist, hips, abdomen and butt.  Liposuction can be used to give your butt a more round shape then the fat reinjected in places you need volume.  Butt implants would not be ideal for a case like yours.

Thank you for your question. It's difficult to give recommendations without photos, but generally speaking if you'd like to change the shape of your bum, you have a couple of options. You may consider fat grafting. This is a procedure where the surgeon would remove fat from other parts of your body to then purify and inject into your bum. With this type of procedure, your board certified surgeon will be able to give you the shape you want. You may also consider gluteal implants. You'll need to have a consultation for precise recommendations
