I cannot say enough amazing things about this wonderful doctor and his incredible team. This was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. This was my 5 th breast surgery ( 3 rd revision), and I was a mess of a situation when I came to Doctor Firouz. I live in Hawaii and we are limited on our choices of surgeons out here, I was so greatful to be connected with this talented surgeon. I flew to CA and met with Doctor Firouz in person, I knew immediately this was the surgeon for me. His staff are hands down the best, Lexi is so sweet and caring she made the process so easy, especially coming all the way from Hawaii. I never felt like I was just a patient, they are the nicest people. I didn’t think that there was much hope for me and my breast, being that it was so bad and I was turned down by previous doctors. I appreciate how honest Doctor Firouz was with me about everything, he explained everything to me in detail and really took his time, his bed side manner is really great. When I finally saw my breast for the first time I cried they are so beautiful, I still can’t believe they are mine. I’m forever so greatful to Doctor Firouz he is gold, he gave me more than just the most beautiful breasts I could have ever hoped for he gave me my life and confidence back. If your looking for an incredible, compassionate, talented doctor with a rock star team then look no further.

First, I should mention that I am a research biologist, so I take my research very seriously! Like most people reading this, I thoroughly vet surgeons before any procedure. I’ve had a couple of plastic surgeries (so far ;)) and I truly could not be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Firouz for my breast augmentation. I am currently 4 months post-op and my results are gorgeous so far. After I’d actually decided to get a breast augmentation, I spent years (lol, but not exaggerating,) pouring over patient reviews and before/ after galleries. I have incredibly high standards and Dr. Firouz honestly exceeded them beyond measure. For that reason, this review has been a little challenging to write because I am actually recommending him for much more than just breast augmentations.

It can be very daunting to find the right breast augmentation surgeon for you, especially in Los Angeles because Beverly Hills is FULL of surgical talent! If you’re looking into Dr. Firouz, you’re likely also looking at his amazing peers, so this review is *slightly* less about his extraordinary skill set, only because it’s kind of a given. Having said that, in my opinion, Dr. Firouz’s work does visibly stand apart from his peers. I strongly believe that Dr. Firouz’s breast augmentation patients look significantly more “natural” than the results other surgeons achieve. Part of that may be because Dr. Firouz will not use any implant size even slightly above what a patient’s body can support. He takes that very seriously and thank god someone does because I’m not the expert. I would be cautious of any surgeon who just said okay to everything I asked for.

So now that we’ve established that Dr. Firouz is impeccably talented, the most important criteria that I looked for in a BA surgeon was honestly whether I liked them or not. It goes without saying that both the patient and the surgeon have a shared goal of achieving the best results according to the surgical plan, but a patient’s actual outcome is affected by a variety of factors, many of which are outside of the surgeon’s control. I have personal experience with this type of scenario and again, neither party wants this. However, it was important to me to choose a physician that, in the unlikely event that I need/ needed a follow up (corrective) procedure, that I knew I would want to return to the same surgeon. Patients need to feel like their surgeon is their partner in the journey they are taking together and I emphatically feel that way about Dr. Firouz. If anything unforeseen happened, I would immediately go back to him; there is literally zero chance I would go anywhere else. I trust Dr. Firouz and I really, really like him. As an aside, two vital characteristics that I look for in anyone that I choose to surround myself with are passion and curiosity, which Dr. Firouz clearly has which directly benefits the quality and consistency of our results. He’s also both confident and incredibly meticulous.

Lastly, this part was extremely unexpected because I used to think that it was necessary to find a different plastic surgeon for every surgical area. It honestly used to be inconceivable to me that the best breast augmentation surgeon could also be the best for any other plastic surgery specialties, however, unbeknownst to him, working with Dr. Firouz completely changed my mind about that. I’m a curious person and ask a lot of (sometimes random) questions about other body procedures at my post-op appointments. Dr. Firouz is so knowledgeable and his work throughout his portfolio is so (so) undeniably good that there is absolutely no question that I will look to him for the next procedure I have. I love him, he’s truly the best!

Also LEXIE is THE BEST. Obviously when god made Lexie, they decided to give her everything because she’s basically perfect. I am laughing as I’m writing this, but it’s true. When you first see Lexie, she is beyond stunning, but then you talk to her and very quickly find out that she’s incredibly funny, incredibly sweet, incredibly smart, personable, progressive, organized, responsive, caring, stylish, and she absolutely loves her cats. I am honestly keeping the list about Lexie short; I could go on. She’s amazing and she makes the entire experience of planning an elective surgery a breeze.

Amazing! I have such high respect for Dr Firouz and his staff. Amazing people truly! They go above and beyond for your needs. I’m 1 week post op from tummy tuck and BBL/lipo. I love my results so far!

I have traveled from Ohio after spending a long time searching for the right plastic surgeon. We picked Dr. Firouz because of the look of his work. I wanted people look at me and see beauty but not be able to see exactly what I had done. I wanted a natural look for my body, tasteful. That's what I found in is work when researching. Once I spoke with his team in the office to set up a virtual consultation, I knew I was going in the right direction. After the consultation, I was sure Dr. Firouz was the surgeon I needed. I have since had a full mommy makeover with a bbl. His team has done everything they could to make my stay in LA comfortable. Dr. Firouz was very careful with my post-op, making sure that my body was healing properly. I even asked him to do some Botox and fillers. Those turned out great too! Bottom line, I hated my body after 5 children and I am certain that the work that Dr. Firouz performed on me will make me feel much more comfortable in my in skin. Amazing experience overall, minus the pain from surgery ! I'll post pics soon.

I have always been insecure or yep- you guessed it- my vagina. I didn't even know that I could get surgery to somehow FIX it?! My life changed that moment. I immediately hopped on the search for the best plastic surgeon in LA. After extensively reviewing pages and pages of Plastic Surgeons from Google, Yelp, Instagram, etc, I decided to come to Dr. Firouz's office. His impeccable Labiaplasties totally had me hooked. It got even better when I went to the office only to be taken care of by the sweetest staff. The front office is so warm and inviting and it calmed my nerves, because I was so nervous. I was then brought to meet Dr. Firouz and have a conversation with him. This made me feel so comfortable! The surgery consultant Sarah is SO sweet, and was there to help me through my whole surgery. Any time I had any questions, she was there. My labiaplasty has me feeling like a WHOLE new woman... I arrived at the surgery center and the staff were very prompt and had me ready for surgery very efficiently. The surgery only took an hour! I couldn't believe it.. when I woke up there was some mild discomfort but I was overjoyed knowing that Dr. Firouz had just changed my life. About 3 days post-op, I was going about my normal daily routine with NO pain or pain meds. Thank you to the office of Dr. Jimmy Firouz for making this lifelong dream of mine come true! I highly recommend this office for ANY procedure!

Hi everyone!! I’m sharing my entire breast augmentation experience here because I found everyone else’s reviews so helpful through this whole process and I wanted to contribute!! :)

It is 3 weeks before my surgery. I am getting silicone under the muscle with the incision under my breast fold. My pre-op is next week and at that time I will finalize the exact CC’s that I want.
My goals: big jiggly jugs!! I want them to be super squishy and almost natural looking but still big. I want to have great cleavage and to look great in swimsuits but I do NOT want a super fake look.
I’ve wanted a boob job since I was 16yrs old. I did A LOT of research and found Dr. Firouz in Beverly Hills to be extremely talented at the style boobs I want. He does great natural looking big jugs and that’s what I want so I have given him my deposit and set my date!!

In the last few days since I’ve announced I’m getting my boobs done and even in the comments on my review here on Real Self, everyone has told me to go bigger than I think I want!! Everyone says they wish they went bigger...
I’m thinking 425cc and I’m 5’1 130lbs. Should I go bigger?

I have been searching for a surgeon to do my mommy makeover, from coast to coast, for over a year, and finally Dr Firouz was my choice. I knew he was my number once choice as soon as I walked out of the consultation. He answered all my questions, and I had a ton since I’ve done my research, and he answered all of them. I was even able to call the office after my consultation if I had any additional and they were more than happy to answer them. Before meeting with him I had been watching his surgeries on Snapchat, and I was very impressed by how meticulous he is and his great attention to detail. I am now one week out after my surgery and I could not be happier, and to add to his amazing work, he has great bedside manner. He is a really a genuine person, who will tell what you need and what will and will not work for you. I cannot thank Dr. Firouz enough and his amazing staff for my experience and for my amazing looking body. I will be posting updates through out my recovery period.

From the first moment we walked into the office we felt at ease with the staff and Dr. Firouz. Dr. Jimmy is attentive, thorough and very talented. He was honest and direct about my options and likely outcome.

I am VERY happy with the results and will recommend Dr. Firouz and his staff to anyone thinking about a cosmetic procedure.

Always had small breasts my entire life.. finally decided to get breast implants just in January of this year. The whole process actually happened extremely fast. Called for a consultation in February 2017, came in for my consultation in March and scheduled my surgery day that day.. had my pre op the next day and came in for surgery the following week! Although I never in my life thought I would get a breast augmentation.. I would have to say I'm pretty glad I did! Loving them so far :)

Excuse the the lines on my breasts, they're from the surgical bra. My second day post op went pretty well, no pain, just some discomfort. I've just been taking Tylenol around the clock, my antibiotics and arnica pills to help with the bruising. Getting up from bed to use the restroom at night was also a bit difficult but manageable, I also had my post op appt today and actually went to dinner with my brothers and boyfriend (Doctor's orders) and felt great :) amazes me how minimal the pain is.

Had my one week post op appt today! And Saw my incisions for the first time today.. Dr. Firouz said I could start doing my massages 3min a day everyday until I come back for my next appt in one month and I also don't need to wear my surgical bra anymore! Just any bra that gives support and no underwire. Yay :)

A month ago I turned 30, so decided it was time for a little touch-up, so my search for the best cosmetic doctor began. After doing extensive research through word of mouth, YELP, Facebook reviews, RealSelf, etc., I finally chose Dr. Firouz located in Beverly Hills, CA. At first, I was a little apprehensive about the $200 consultation fee (although it gets applied to your services), but then again, it would be strange if one of the top plastic surgeons in the country offered free consultations. When it comes to Botox and fillers, a talented Doctor requires a skilled hand, and this is especially important since these treatments can be botched. (Trust me, I've seen what happens when people try to take the cheaper route...I'd prefer not to have a frozen face or duck lips). The office is clean and modern, and the receptionist, Lindsey was fantastic both in person and on the phone. Despite being a little nervous, I got an immediate warm feeling when I met Dr. Firouz. He was very patient with all my questions regarding Botox, Injectable Filler options (Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane) lip enhancement, and all the "magic of youth" options that are available. He explained that his philosophy with Botox and lip fillers is to enhance a patient's natural beauty, not change their appearance, which was exactly the look that I was going for. So I ended up getting a little Botox on my forehead and some Juvederm for my lips to give them slightly more volume for a plump full look. Numbing cream was applied to my lips, and I held a little stress ball. Shockingly, I barely felt anything! Just a tiny little pinch on the lips, but was nothing like the horror stories I've heard from friends. (Another reason I knew I had a great Doctor) My lips were a little sore for a couple of days, and the botox fully kicked in after five days. I'm extremely active and in excellent physical condition & now I feel my face reflects how I feel on the inside! Honestly, I feel more confident and beautiful than ever! Thank you, Dr. Firouz and the fantastic staff, Lindsey & Maggie!! I know I've found the best doctor in Beverly Hills, and will be recommending him to all my friends and family! :)
