After years of research I finally had my surgery for lipo 360 and I am absolutely thrilled with my results! At first my journey started with wanting to get a breast lift and then I changed my mind to do lipo 360 with BBL, that is until I found Dr. Burnett. There are enough words to describe how amazing his. His bedside manner and talent are just a few of the amazing qualities he possesses. I came across him last year after I came back from Miami. Since Dr. Chang didn't want to perform my bbl unless it was in a hospital and he does do those. But like they say everything happens for a reason. Dr. Burnett and his staff were incredible! There's nothing better than having ppl comfort you during the most vulnerable moment in your life. Dr. Burnett has been texting me and checking in on me. I was his only patient day of surgery and all hands were on deck.
Now the procedure definitely was painful but the results and 110% worth it. I never thought I could look like this. I'm 2 days post op and I see my results already. I can't imagine how much better it will be in a few months when the swelling goes down.

Finally 6 week post op. It’s not the easiest journey. No one tells you all about the little struggles. However I do not regret this surgery at all. I’m beyond happy with my results and I know it will only get better. For me healing has been a bit slower. I’ve had 16 massages and I self massage daily but my back and lower abdomen are still a bit stiff. The abdomen has softened more and I’m still swollen but even so it looks amazing. My doctor, his staff and massage therapist have been amazing the entire time. They listen to my concerns , they check on me and are amazing and what they do. I’m excited for this next chapter to start exercising. I’m still wearing my faja 23 hours a day with my boards. I will continue massages for best results.

Recently had SmartLipo with Dr Burnett. My results far exceeded my expectations and I am so thankful that I found Dr Burnett. In addition to being a talented surgeon, he has a terrific demeanor, he listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him and will go back to him for any future procedures.

After years of wanting Liposuction, I finally got my surgery completed on July 31, 2020 with Dr. Carlos Burnett. I Receive smart Lipo 360 to the abdomen, back and flanks. I will also have a second round of surgery next week which will be for the inner and outer thighs my knees in my arms. I am still recovering as this is Day 4. So far I've already done two lymphatic massages and will post follow-up pictures on my journey as I am still swollen.
Dr. Carlos Burnett Message amazing he has an amazing staff he has an amazing bedside manner throughout each process we remain in communication to ensure that my postop care was followed through properly to make sure that my postop was running smooth. As of pain, I am surprised I don’t have pain that I assumed I will have, just body soreness. The only pain I feel are currently from the drains.
I have always struggled with my weight. I used to be over 200 pounds and lost over 50 pounds in 2018. Then during the pandemic I've noticed I slowly gained some weight and I wanted to have lipo in the areas that I've always had trouble with even at my lowest weight and I'm happy that I did that.

Finally got the drains out of me! I am still swollen but I love what I see so far. Cannot wait to see the final look once I am fully healed.

Dr Burnett is the bomb! On Aug 12 I completed my Arms, Thighs and Banana Roll. I cannot wait to show my final results once healed.

OK guys my arms are a huge difference from my before pictures however my thighs are still swollen I’m still leaking even though it’s two weeks later from my incisions keeping up with my massages to help me with the swelling.

I’ve been wanting a bbl for years. Researched many doctors. I finally found the best doctor in NJ. I wasn’t willing to travel outside of the US. Too many horror stories. Dr. Bernette is the best and takes all precautions so you would have a safe recovery. I’m so happy with my results and know I made the right choice selecting Dr. Carlos Bernette.

A few months ago I gashed my face open right by my eyebrow. My glasses broke and the whole lens cut me open. The hole was big enough you could fit a wine cork inside. After rushing to RWJ in Rahway in complete fear. The man in the ER told me he could stitch me up but was going to text Dr.Burnett a picture and see if he thinks it would be a good idea for him to come in and do the procedure. After realizing the severity, he responded he would be right there. Not even an hour later he arrived. My superhero was there to save the day. I was so scared. I thought he would shave my eyebrow or that I would feel each stitch along the way. He had this great little tool that he used while numbing me. I didn’t even feel the needle and then I was so numb I hardly could feel as he was stitching. He promised me he would never shave my eyebrow. He actually used the eyebrow to make my scar almost completely unnoticeable. I can not be more pleased that Dr.Burnett was on call that day. He has terrific hands as everyone was saying in the ER. Two weeks later I went for my follow up and not only is he the sweetest man but so are all the ladies in his office. Thank you Dr.Burnett you will never know how much it meant to me that you showed up that day. I feel confident and can hardly tell that it was so bad I needed over 40 stitches!

When for my consultation on June 6 with Doctor Carlos Barnett In Westfield New Jersey. I believe he will give me the result what I'm looking for . surgery Schedule for August 7. . .. I'm lost of words when It comes to doctor Barnett love love him his bedside manner is out of this world excellent. Just got my BBL a week and a 1/2 ago so far I am very happy with my result . I would definitely recommend him For whatever procedure you have to do he will give you is honest opinion he is not all about money Are a quick finish he is all about making is patient happy, best doctor in NJ.

Date of my surgery is scheduled for April 24th ! I am super excited. I had a bbl done last year with another doctor is NJ who did a horrible job. I can't say his name but please do your research before getting this procedure done. My last bbl procedure was a complete mess. The doctor made but butt look like a huge square. I wanted a upside down heart but instead he gave me a Spongebob.
However, I met with Carlos Burnett last month and he is such an amazing doctor and very informative. He listened to all of my concerns and he even let me show him photos of what I wanted and he was able to tell me that he can fix my butt and make it look so much better. Not to mention that the doctor also took a before photo and used a computer simulation of how I will look after my procedure and I loved it. I am very excited. It sucks that I have to redo this procedure since the first doctor could not deliver. Also the ladies who work at Burnett Plastic Surg. are amazing. I love them all.

I got my first BBL a year ago with another doctor in NJ who did a bad job. April 24th is the day of my new BBL revision with Dr. Burnett. I really hope he can make my butt look like it does in the right side. It sucks that I have to do another bbl because the first doctor ( can't use his name) could not deliver. I have high hopes with Doctor Burnett because it sounds like he is a perfectionist. Anyways, 29 more days to go before the big day!!

Finally after 7 days I’m able to get my energy back up. The overall experience was great. Doctor Burnett is an amazing doctor.
Consultation: Wonderful. I told him that I went to another surgeon who pretty much botched me. He saw my concerns immediately. My natural figure is already an hour glass. All I wanted was an upside down heart because my butt was too wide and flat but apparently the other doctor couldn’t deliver. However, Dr. Burnett saw my body and my concerns and he knew what had to be done.
Pre op: a week before my procedure, I paid for the rest of my procedure and spoke with the nurse Pat who went over the details with me on what I needed to before and after my surgery so I can recover fast. They gave my supplements to take and just and overall care guide book. I spoke with Dr. Burnett again, and showed him photos and he promised me that he can get me what I wanted which was the upside down heart also known as the A shape butt.
Surgery day: Went into Rahway hospital feeling hopeful. I was definitely nervous but I took a Xanax the night before to help calm my nerves. At 8:30 the procedure began, I was sedated with general anesthesia so I closed my eyes as woke up at 2:30 ish which felt like 5 seconds later for me. When I woke up, I was a little nauseous from the Anesthesia but the nurse was quick to give me anti nausea meds and I felt better. They took me to my recovery room which I spent the night in. I recommend staying the night because you’re going to feel so tired and sore. The pain level for me was about a 6 out of 10.
Overall: Doctor Burnett is amazing. Ladies, if you live in NJ or NYC, there is no point of going to Miami or overseas. Dr. Burnett is a perfectionist so you will really love your results.

I am 14 days post op!! I am feeling and looking better everyday!

Im about 8 weeks post my BBL. I’ve wanted this surgery for over a decade. To be honest, there is still something very surreal about the fact that it’s behind me now. Caught that pun?! Seriously, I’m very private, usually I’m telling other people’s stories, but Dr Burnett deserves to have his name in lights. This is the 100% doctor for you if: you are nervous, you want a natural look, and you want (and are prepared to pay for) best-in-class treatment. Dr Burnett is at the very top of his game. Genuinely. He’s so calming and cool. His office is not a bbl factory, you can expect personalized treatment and a relationship with the whole office. Speaking of, the women in the office, like Dr Burnett, are gentle and kind, nothing is ever a problem. I plan on writing in detail about my experience and sharing my images in a book, but hear me when I say I look great. I’m 48 with two kids and I’m now so well-proportioned and sexy my only regret is not finding Dr Burnett and getting over my fear sooner! My husband is all smiles. If you want a QUALITY experience that will change your life, don’t walk, run to Burnett Plastic Surgery. I still can’t believe I’m not dreaming. The man is an absolute artist.

Had my smartlipo yesterday!!! Upper arms, back, flanks, and other thighs. Showed up at 8am to dress, take pics, get marked up, and allow the oral Percocet and Xanax to settle in before taking me into the procedure room.

Staff was great, office was nice, and the procedure was going well....I even feel asleep for over an hour..... Until the pain med and Xanax seemed to suddenly wear off ....and ouch!!!!!

They tried their best to manage my acute pain by giving me Another dose of oral meds and injecting me a few times with lidocaine, but that far into the procedure - they can't just stop. That last half hour or so was very uncomfortable and did hurt quite a bit....

Not as much as the recovery!!! Last night and all day today I'm in so much more pain than I'd ever expected. Laying down hours, young to the bathroom hurts, sitting up hurts..... Walking is ok surprisingly. Had my first lymphatic drainage massage today and that was actually relaxing, although very painful as well.

I feel swollen, but also can tell (especially lower flanks) than I'm smaller and tighter. Can't wait to see these results!!!

Day 3 and have had two lymphatic massages already. It's kind of weird and uncomfortable at first, but my swelling went down considerably just in The hour before and after second session. Definitely definitely recommend!
Oh and I'm adding pics my bruising!! Pain is much more bearable today (day 3) and I do see some results lower back, but otherwise too swollen to tell.

Great experience as always with Dr. Burnett. He is very approachable and he uses the latest techniques. I typically get Botox and he is willing to work with your budget. The office is very welcoming. There is music playing and all the staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend.
