Can a BBL get rid of dimples in the butt?

A BBL would only address shape and volume but will not fix cellulite which is an interaction between the skin and underlying fat.  For cellulite, I'd suggest Cellfina which could be done after your BBL.

A BBL often does not improve the dimples or cellulite in the buttocks because fat is injected deeper than those superificial attachments that can cause cellulite.

A dimple is NOT a dimple.Someties a dimple is caused by a ligament attaching to to an underlying deeper structure (such as the upper butt dimples), sometimes they are caused by attachment of muscles to the skin in that areas (as in the smile dimples which deepen with the smile) and then there are the sagging dimples.The vast majority of complaints concern sagging dimples. Our skin is naturally anchored to deeper strictures by thousands of an bring cables, some such as in the breasts have names (Cooper's ligaments) while others do not. With time, changing size (pregnancy, obesity etc), aging, disease etc, as the skin begins to say (such as in the thighs and buttocks), the attachment points of the ligaments become more indented and the dimples appear.The ONLYway to smooth such dimple for more than a few months is to LIFT the sagging skin. You know it. When you pull your thigh up the dimples magically vanish only to reappear when you let go.
