Would be safe for me to get BBL done first (before a tummy tuck) now that I've lost more weight? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and photos. Your BMI is 27.4, I would not suggest further weight loss prior to your surgery. If you were my patient, I would do a two staged operation: VASER lipo 360 degrees (abdomen, pubic area, back, waist, hips, anterior and lateral chest wall and thighs) with a BBL. Second stage would be a tummy tuck and contouring your arms. In your case I recommend getting a combination of Liposuction, BBL and Tummy Tuck. When a Liposuction is performed, most of fat under skin is removed, but all skin remains. If your skin were still elastic enough, it would stick back smoothly. When a Tummy Tuck is performed, you'll get liposuction too. Main difference is your extra skin will be removed, muscles will be repaired and you'll get a smaller waist and flatter abs.The "con" is the scar and that it is more expensive. But again, it depends on how you want to look.

Based on your photos, I don't think that you have to lose more weight. I also think that the procedures can be combined into one procedure. However, if you prefer two procedures, that would be fine as well. Good luck!

Thank you for your question. You can get great results combining these procedures. A Tummy tuck will flatten the abdomen and get rid of excess fat and skin in that area. Liposuction and BBl will help you achieve a nicer figure with the hour glass shape.That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

It's perfectly acceptable to perform an abdominoplasty, BBL with  liposuction  of the areas you describe in a single surgery. Many surgeons perform this combination of procedures routinely and have fine-tuned the procedure so it is done efficiently and well under the amount of time where the risk might increase even a small amount. In my practice I would leave it up to you whether you like the idea of having it done at the same time or doing it over the course of two procedures. In my experience, there would be no significant difference in the outcome. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and for your photos. Based on your photos provided, you are an ideal candidate for BBL 360. Once fully healed, then you can proceed with a tummy tuck. I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed examination to discuss all possible treatment options and what your expectations are. 

Based on these photos, I would consider doing BBL first, followed with TT 6 or more months later. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in body contouring is recommended. Good luck.

Your BMI is now well within the limits for having both procedures performed so you do not need to wait until you reach 150 pounds.  However, if you want to reach that goal, do it before the surgeries, not after.You could have the TT done first, then the lipo and BBL.  However, the result will not be as tight as lipo and BBL first and then TT.  Both can be performed at the same time, but the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the TT due to blood supply issues. There may be strategic advantage in some patients with a little more subcutaneous tissue to delaying the TT.  This really needs to be determined during an exam by a board certified plastic surgeon.  Six months later, as you suggested, you could have the TT to address skin laxity.BBL/Lipo/TT is a very common combination but recovery is uncomfortable.  I allow patients to sleep on their sides. Lying on your stomach or on your back will create pressure on your butt or stomach.  Patients can also rest in other positions as long as the other areas do not receive pressure.  There are creative ways to manage this. For example, my patient coordinator recommends a plastic inflatable with a hole in it (called a lilo), where instead of your tummy, you place your butt, so you can sleep on your back with pillows propping up your neck and head.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for tummy tuck, Lipo and BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

based on the photos alone you appear to be a candidate for a BBL and
tummy tuck. I personally
do not recommend my patients perform a BBL and a Tummy Tuck at the same
time as it makes recovery difficult not being able to sleep on your back
(BBL) or stomach (TT). Your plan is what I often recommend, candidates should proceed with the
liposuction and BBL and then later addressing the loose skin (tummy tuck), as
liposuction alone won't address excess skin. In terms of your wish pics, only an in person consultation would let you know if these are realistic as everyone's anatomy is different. As always, consult with a
plastic surgeon in person so they may better address the procedures with
you and help you achieve the aesthetic results you desire. Good luck!
