It it possible to increase the length of my butt crack? (Photo)

Based off your photos you would be a great candidate for a BBL which would consist of lipo 360 and a fat transfer to your hips/butt giving you more of an hourglass figure. You should be a good candidate for lipo and BBL.  Fat can be taken from many different areas (abdomen, sides, back, bra rolls, thighs, arms, etc) depending upon the areas of excess and what your goals may be. Most patients get an immense benefit with maximal liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. The goal is to transfer fat from areas where you find it displeasing to areas in which you would like more volume.

There are no established surgical procedures specifically designed to lengthen the buttock crease or "butt crack." The length of the intergluteal cleft is largely determined by anatomy, including the natural distribution of fat and skin tension in the area.
However, some individuals seek cosmetic procedures to improve the appearance of the buttocks as a whole, which can enhance the overall shape and contour. Procedures like Brazilian butt lift (BBL) or fat grafting can alter the size and shape of the buttocks, potentially changing how the butt crack appears in relation to the rest of the area, but they don't directly modify its length.
It’s important to consult with a plastic surgeon who specializes in body contouring to discuss your concerns. They may offer personalized recommendations, but it’s unlikely that any procedure will specifically increase the length of the butt crack itself.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

There is no way to increase your butt crack length but definitely can use liposuction and fat transfer to change the shape of your flanks and buttocks which will give you a sexier look - less boxy. Your complaint is a common one and one that we routinely "fix" with a BBL. 

A BBL would solve you problem. The problem is the proportions. I BBL would help complement the curves of your body better and creating a more pleasing aesthetic. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons.  A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. One of my professors was found of saying only God can make creases. He was one of the worlds best rhinoplasty surgeons. He taught us to make incisions and millimeter away from the crease on the outside of the nose because surgically created creases will always look wrong.The overall appearance of your buttocks is primarily determined by your skeleton. After that soft tissue coverage contributes as well.I don’t think your gluteal crease is low but instead there are other issues that may be more important in a more ideal bottom.I don’t think you would like the appearance of some type of surgical intervention to extend your butt crease nor do I think it would look good even if done successfully. Body Contouring may serve you well if it’s something you’re interested in.I’m guessing you will havei’m guessing you will have a limited number of providers responding to your post. I’m also guessing those who do will be of similar mind.Be careful walking into a plastic surgeons office asking for an operation.  Especially surgeons early in their career.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
