Hello, Does fat that is transferred to the hips stay? I have read various reviews that is my does not stay. I am wanting to get a BBL with the majority of the fat transferred to my hips. I have prominent hip dips and do not want to get hip implants, but I may be willing to get but implants. I am also quite thin and fit.
Answer: Will fat that is transferred to my hip area stay? Is this a good option for my hip dips? It usually takes between 200 and 400 cc per hip to achieve an improvement. I do this all the time with the BBL and lipo cases. Find a board certified PS who performs hundreds of lipo and fat grafting procedures each year. Then look at the PS's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Answer: Fat transfer to hips Hello! Thank you for your question and pictures. You seem to be a very good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer, it's important to know that fat transfer is always done in proportion to patient's body, slim patients won't have the same results as bigger patients. Your hip dents can be corrected with fat transfer. Some of the fat is reabsorbed by the body, but after three months, fat grows... it's a permanent procedure

Answer: Will fat that is transferred to my hip area stay? Is this a good option for my hip dips? Thank you for your question and photos. Your back photo due to the compressive clothing you have on distorts the buttocks. You do not have a lot of fat to waste if you want to achieve a good result. If you were my patient, I would do VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees (abdomen, pubis, upper/lower back, waist and upper hips) with fat grafts to the buttocks/hips. This is both a technical and artistic operation and needs to have a 3D approach to reshape your body.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.See attached web reference.

Answer: Will fat that is transferred to my hip area stay? Is this a good option for my hip dips? Thanks for your question. After a brazilian butt lift procedure the fat that survives is there permanently. Around 70% of fat that is grafted is typically expected to survive long term. We also put a little extra to account for loss of fat post operative, which is reabsorbed gradually by the body. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Answer: My recommendation Hello, thank you for your question and provided information as well.. Based in your question and the pictures you showed, you are a great candidate for a BBL. When fat transfer is done in a correct way and patients follow post-operative instructions given, the transfer is successful to a certain degree 100% of the time. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL to your hips dips depends on how much fat you have to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
