I had silicone implants under the muscle for cosmetic purposes for exactly 4months before explanting.Hated the feeling of implants&will never consider reimplanting.Explanted for 1.5years now&whenever I flex I have horrible distortion in my breasts. One surgeon has recommended removing scar capsule that was left in&repairing muscles w/alloderm &a small fat graft to fill in the hollow areas &behind my right nipple to perk it back out.I would like to have multiple opinions before making a decision.

Thank you for the question. The answer depends on how the capsule was handled. If it was removed entirely, then the pocket closes in weeks to months. If it was left in place, it can take many months or never close. Discuss with your surgeon.
Thank you for your. Question. It is possible to still get a nice result in your situation. The procedure will be a bit more challenging for the surgeon due to scarring, but the recovery will be the same for you.
Thank you for your question. It sounds like this may not be the first time you have had issues with breast implants. At this point removal might be your best option. They can be removed at any time as long as you are sure that it's what you want
