Hello I had a previous augmentation with a now retired Doctor who did a fantastic job 7 years ago. Fast forward 7 years and 1 baby later (7 months Post Partum) I decided I wanted a big upgrade. I switched out my 397cc & 457cc Allegran Style 15 Moderate Plus Implants for 775cc MentorBoost High Profile. I went to Dr. Jeffrey Schreiber of Baltimore Plastic Surgery on 5/2/23 so I'm only 2 days Post Op! I wanted to document this expierence and although it's too early to give a full honest review I have to say so far Dr. Schreiber and staff have been so amazing, bed side manner and follow up have been SPOT ON! The team at the Timonium Surgery Center have been amazing as well. I will keep updating as time progresses but I'm 2 days Post-OP with 0 Pain, 0 brusing and very minor swelling thus far. A little bit of congestion from the Anesthesia but nothing major. I've been up and moving around as well as wearing compression socks while sleeping. I'm shocked that I feel as good as I do I haven't needed any pain medication like a narcotic but it's available for me if I need it. I'm on a antibiotic and have been taking 600mg of Ibuprofen thus far. Surgery for the exchange with a little tissue removal was less than a hour and a half. Yes this was a big upgrade and yes this is what I wanted no judgment please. I'm excited that I have the new "Boost" silicone implants as well.

I feel fine minor aches and pains but virtually 0 pain. Was cleared to shower and keep incision sites clean with soap and water. Bloating still which should go away soon. Minor ooze on left breast, no oozing this afternoon put neosporen on it and guaze as instructed.

Was able to go for a light walk, oozing seems to have stop, was able to shower and wash my incisions, so far so good! Will get some more pics up tonight. Checking out a few retailers today to find some good support bras, no underwire of course.

Last Day of antibiotics feeling pretty good been a little sore at night, appetite is great. Just started taking something for bloating should have started that much sooner. Virtually in no pain, I've had a few oncoming migranes but with recovery I've been staring at cell phone and the TV could potentially be related to that. I've had migranes prior to the surgery though as well. Overall so far so good, the incisions look like they are healing pretty well, I'm able to wash my hair without pain. Been sleeping braless with no issues still elevated though.

If i could add a million stars i would! The most personable, caring surgeon i have ever met. Very informative, any questions or concerns i had, he was always available to answer. His beautiful work speaks for itself! I cannot thank him & his wonderful team enough for blessing me with the gift of beautiful breasts that i have wanted my entire life! They are so soft & natural! My confidence has sky rocketed.

350 cc Mentor Moderate Plus Silicone

I had a breast mastectomy (lift, aerola size reduced & 600cc moderate plus profile under the muscle w/ mentor implants) with Dr. Schreiber February 23rd. Let me just say, I loveeee my results so far. I was between assignments for work, so I needed my breast done within a two- three week time frame. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly & deliver the results I wanted. At consultation, we discussed the type of implants and projections. I wanted my breast to be larger, perkier but have a more natural look. He told me 500cc to 800cc would give me this look. After trying to the implants on I went with 600cc.. I will say I had slight discomfort for the first two days after surgery, but after that I didn't use any more pain meds. Just Tylenol and rest. It was more so of a tight pressure feeling on my chest and middle back discomfort. My scar is hardly noticeable already. 10/10 recommend him & his team!

I couldn't be more happy I went to Dr. Schrieber for breast augmentation and I've been wanting to write a review for a while. I got my surgery in 2016 and let me tell you Doctor Schrieber is AMAZING at what he does. As a petite/small framed woman, I now feel amazing with what I got. Like a work of womanly art.

This was the best thing I ever did for myself personally and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome, that it even took me a few years to write this. The amazing results that I get to wake up with everyday have me feeling so blessed. I chose this doctor because I felt the most safe in his hands. He is a very gentle trustworthy person and artist; with an EXCEPTIONALLY sharp eye for detail. My nipples are even perfect and were inverted before. Dr Schreiber is VERY transparent, an amazing communicator, and isn't just in it for the money. His location was great for me and I really lucked out by finding him, and having him be in this state because of the skill level.
I recommend him to everyone that asks and it's been very cool seeing my friends go to him and come out looking amazing as well. He is an artist with a kind heart. I was able to text him whenever during recovery to ask questions etc, which he was always happy to assist right away.
This doctor deserves 100 stars but I can only choose 5. I am shocked that he isn't strictly servicing celebrities with the experience and results I had, and get to benefit from today. My body image was personally improved SO much after this and pretty much my entire life. I tell everyone who asks "omg where on earth did you go? they look amazing" that doctor Schrieber was the artist. I strongly recommend anyone who is considering a boob job(breast augmentation) to get a consultation with Dr. S.

I have wanted a tummy tuck for awhile. After having our kids I had gained a lot of weight, and was depressed. By age 35 I decided to focus on me, and began working out. I lost a lot of weight and was enjoying the new me, except for my stomach. It didn't matter how hard I worked or how well I was eating, I was not able to fix my muscles laxity or the extra skin. I decided it was time for external to look like how I felt about myself. I'm still recovering, about 7 weeks post op, but I am really liking what I am seeing. Dr. Schreiber is an amazing doctor. He did a phenomenal job! He is super attentive and answered all my questions. He cares about the work he does and his patients.

I had back-to-back pregnancies that stretched my stomach muscles to the point that I still looked pregnant. It took me almost 24 years to decide to fix it. I selected Dr. Schreiber because he was very professional and answered all my questions. The results were amazing. I went from a size 12/14 to 6/8. The recovery was tougher than my two c-sections but it was definitely worth it. If I knew then what I know now about Dr. Schreiber's work, I would pick him again in a heartbeat.
