2 yrs after removing perfectly fine silicone implants due to them being too large and a anxiety about silicone I had , I'd love to have smaller saline implants again. My explant doctor sutured my muscle back to chest wall. Can I receive a nice result again? I removed 500cc and would like the new implants around 225cc, I'm a very small women with deflated double AA's now.
Answer: Nice result possible Thank you for your. Question. It is possible to still get a nice result in your situation. The procedure will be a bit more challenging for the surgeon due to scarring, but the recovery will be the same for you.

Answer: Can I re-implant breast implants, 2 years after explant with a nice result? Generally speaking, re augmentation surgery should not be a problem. However, much will depend on your physical examination when it comes to accurate/specific advice. My best suggestion: seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully. In my practice, the use of goal photographs, as opposed to arbitrary terms such as "natural" or "C or D cup" are most helpful. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Re-implant You can certainly consider re-implantation using the implant of your choice. I would encourage you to be sure of the implant size/volume that you desire. It would be worthwhile meeting with more than one surgeon as well. The question in your case will be how much excess skin do you have after removing the larger implants. It is possible that you might benefit from a breast lift (mastopexy) as well? Good luck to you.

Answer: Simple answer is yes You are wise to choose smaller implants. The bigger the implant the bigger the problems. Sop go for the saline in the mid 20-0 range. This is fine. 500s are enormous implants. You made a good decision. Pictures would help us. My Best, Dr C
