Dr. Engler deserves accolades for a fantastic job he done with my face. It is very rarer that you find a talented and caring Doctor all in one. He is meticulous and that is what you want in a surgeon.
When I decided to make a facelift, I did know what doctor to choose. Since I did not have anybody to recommend me a plastic surgeon in NYC, I started my research on internet. By being IT Systems Analysts for over 30 years I new I could use my analytical skills in finding a good doctor for procedures I wanted to be done. I found a magnificent doctor with the hands of gifted sculpture and great deals of perfectionism.
From the first visit I was impressed with doctor Engler honesty. He made me feel comfortable from the first consultation through the surgery and recovery.
Dr. Engler performed Blepharoplasty, neck and low face lift. He did such exact calculation during my face lift to move up my eye brows without doing a special procedure for eye brows lift.
I have always felt that I am in the best, most capable hands and I couldn't trust him more, or feel more confident in his ability. His level of care before, during and after procedure is exemplary. He visits me after surgery, calls me after I return home every day during the first week and schedules frequent post operative visits to ensure I am healing properly. His staff is equally responsive, professional, and caring. Kitty and Arlene are the most amazing and thoughtful nurse and administrator I have ever encountered with.
I so appreciated the personal attention and care Dr. Engler showed me.
The result are completely natural, there are no unnatural pulling of the skin. I just look about 15 years younger with brighter more open eyes. My colleagues, friends and family commented that "how is it that you are aging backwards?", "you look so incredibly rested". I'm a man in my early 30's, and bags and dark circles run in my family. I hated hearing how tired I look when I felt fine. Dr. Engler responded immediately to my inquiry. His lovely secretary made everything simple and clear. During my consult, Dr. Engler saw exactly what I saw when I looked in the mirror, including the differences under each eye. He knew precisely what to do, and his anesthesiologist was great as well. After the surgery, Dr. Engler checked in regularly, and he seems as enthusiastic as I am!

Dr. Engler helped me look as great as I feel! After less than a month, I have no bags, and the dark circles are less noticeable. It will take time to heal fully, but I'd think it was worth if this were my final appearance. I'm glad I found him, and I give my full throated recommendation!

I have been thinking about having breast augmentation for years, but always held back since I was little bit scared about the surgical procedure. I moved to NYC 5 years ago, and started to seriously think about it. At that day, everything went smoothly, it was just like having a good sleep and woke up becoming a new better oneself. During the first 3 days after the procedure, Dr. Engler called me everyday make sure I was in good condition, he also gave me his cellphone number, so I can reach him anytime if I need, he is so nice and warm, and the assistance Ms. Elan is very helpful as well, she instructed me a lot for before and post procedure. I look exactly the way I wanted to. I am very happy with what I have now and definitely recommend Dr. Engler to everyone who want to have plastic surgery.

Even a small procedure can be scary, so when a bump started growing on my back I was really unhappy at the thought of removing it. I met with Dr. Engler for a consultation and I was quite nervous but, he reassured me that the procedure would be fairly routine, and I would be very satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. E. I am so thrilled with the results, one week and you can barely see the incision.

I'm 51 year old male in fairly good health. I was diagnosed with a large lipoma in the right side back of my neck, just above the hair line. After waiting about two years and hoping it wouldn't get larger, which it did, I decided to have it removed by the best plastic surgeon I could find.

I wanted an accredited board certified practitioner with excellent education and experience with lipoma removal. When I walked into the office, I knew I was in the right place. The professional staff and the books written by Dr. Engler were very comforting to me.

I had my consultation and agreed to have the surgery at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx. He didn't shave my hair and gave me a relatively small incision. He explained to me that I would have to wear a compression bandage for a week to support the stitches and aid in a speedy recovery in order to have a good result. The bandage was a pain in the neck (exactly) and at first I didn't like it. But then I realized that it was actually the right thing to do. It kept my neck from being able to move normally.

A few days later, I went back to his office and he removed the drain and the bandage. It looks great, it feels great, and I never had any pain. He was so nice. The lipoma is gone, with no pain at all. It's like I never had it. Thank you Dr. Angler, I'm very grateful to you and your wonderful professional staff.

My experience with Dr. Engler and his staff has changed me forever. I am 50 years old and I had Liposuction performed on my abdomen and flanks. I am five weeks post recovery and I am very pleased with the results. Weeks before the surgery we spent time talking about my wants & needs, as well as reviewing pictures. He is very down to earth and provided a great user experience. The staff made me feel like I was their only patient. Dr. Engler called me multiple times to check on my recovery - I was very impressed. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to get this procedure done.

So I had an eyelid surgery done with Dr. E Before I found him, I had several other consultantions, but I didn't feel like I was in good hands until I stepped into this practice. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff and nurses are well organized and great customer service. Made me feel safe and comfortable. I came in for a consultation and before leaving the practice I already made my appointment for the surgery date. Dr. E was very prompt with taking me in, he wasn't sugar coating anything for me; very honest and straight forward, I knew from that moment on I was in the right hands. After my surgery my surgeon... again I repeat.. not the nurse or the receptionist.. my surgeon escorted me to the car that was taking me home. Made sure I was safely put in the car, gave me proper instructions for post-op care. My doctor even followed up with me 4 days in a row to make sure everything is healing properly and affirming I'm feeling good, no complications etc.., This review does not justice to the professionalism of Dr. E and the rest of the staff. Definitely without a doubt I recommend this practice!!! Extremely happy with the results, wearing make up feels good again, I'm 25 again !!

Dr. Engler was an incredible doctor to work with. I am a 25 years old financial services consultant. Some would call me OCD and VERY particular. I suppose I agree for the most part, especially when it comes to my appearance. Let alone surgery! I went to go see Dr. Engler due to his remarkable reputation and reviews. The first time I met with Dr. Engler was the most comfortable I have ever felt at a doctor’s office. I am all business, so for me my time is valuable and I want to know I am getting what I am paying for with abundant class. Not only did Dr. Engler answer all my questions and/or concerns he also was honest with me with what he thought was the best approach to make me look the way I wanted to. I was within the top 10 percentile he said for asymmetrical breasts. Dr. Engler went on to explain all my options in detail with no rush. After my first meeting with Dr. Engler I knew I needed to schedule an appointment with him immediately. Please note - I am not the easiest customer to work with due to my work schedule always changing and the amount of travel I do for work. Dr. Engler was MORE than willing to adjust his schedule to make my life easier. There are no words that can explain how accommodating and friendly Dr. Engler and his staff were to me. My results were BEYOND AMAZING/PERFECT. The surgery went smoothly and the results turned out how I always dreamed they would. Not to mention Dr. Engler took time to call me each day for a week after my surgery to check up on me. Weeks later I was in Las Vegas with my husband for New Years and I looked flawless. My confidence has grown and I have never gotten so many compliments. Best decision I ever made and worth every penny.
