I know the breasts can usually take months to heal after an explantation, but typically how long does it take for the pocket inside to close up? Had my explant 4/23 without replacement.

Answer: Pocket inside closes Hi Madeline, The pocket collapses and shrinks slowly over time. It is usually completely asymptomatic. You'll never feel the difference between the fresh pocket and the completely collapsed one. So there is usually no clinical importance given to this issue. If you are having some symptoms you should visit your PS in Oklahoma City for some guidance. We don't have enough info your history to give you a more specific answer I hope this is helpful.
