I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Richards and his staff from consultation to post-op check-in’s! I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what procedure was right for me but I knew what I wanted the outcome to be. I set up a consultation and Joanne walked me through the options. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and didn’t want without pressure to choose a certain procedure. Dr. Richards advised on the procedure that would be best for the outcomes I wanted, answered all my questions, and I felt confident in his capabilities! For the pre-op appointment, I got to review surgery day plans and they covered everything in detail and made sure I was confident in my decision. Surgery day was a breeze! The operating staff and Anesthesiologist told me exactly what I should expect and helped ease my anxiety. They coordinated well with my sister who was picking me up after surgery and gave clear instructions for the day or two post-op. I had Dr. Richard’s phone number to reach out to if I had any questions or concerns after the operation and he even followed up with me the day after to check in on how I was doing. Shaila was the best nurse and point of contact! She answered dozens of questions in the weeks following surgery and never made me feel like it was a burden. I can’t recommend Dr. Richards and his staff enough! The knowledge, care, and attention given to me throughout the process was everything I needed as a first time patient.

I had consultations with 4 practices and Dr. Richards understood the natural looking result I wanted to achieve. Other surgeons wanted to make the final decision for me in the OR but I knew exactly what size and profile I would get before surgery with Dr. Richards. I was told many times by other doctors that I did not want a classic profile implant but Dr. Richards actually listened to me with an open mind and made sure I would be happy with the results. I am totally thrilled with my results! His incisions are beautiful and I had just the tiniest amount of bruising. He is such an experienced and gifted surgeon, I would do it all over again and it was absolutely worth it!

Dr. Richard is truly a master sculptor of faces. His incredible work has taken 15 years off my appearance, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. His skill, precision, and attention to detail are unmatched. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a naturally youthful and refreshed look!

Very pleased overall with my “natural lift” —which one year out has settled and truly looks natural but still much improved from where I started. He also got rid of those under eye bags, for a much refreshed face. He has been responsive to questions and is also very kind and listens to concerns. He even did a little laser treatment on my cheeks for free during a follow up appt.’

I have two different operations performed by Dr. Richards. For. My first procedure, Dr. Richards did on my neck liposuction. I was so happy with the results I went back against. This time, Dr. Richards performed abdominal and flank liposuction. I am beyond happy with the results. Dr. Richards was honest about what the outcome would be like to set expectations but my expectations were exceeded. Dr. Richards does amazing work. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to get liposuction! I can’t wait for summer to show off my results. Also, all the staff at Cosmetic Surgery Associates are phenomenal. They made sure you felt comfortable and answered all of my questions. I knew I was in good hands for both procedures.

Dr. Richards and his staff are the best! I had a breast augmentation back in August and the process was so smooth. At the consultation, all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Dr. Richards really listens to what you want and relieves any worry and stress that I had. The day of the procedure everyone was so kind and makes you feel comfortable going into surgery. The results were very natural and exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Richards and his staff! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I had neck/chin liposuction done in March by Dr. Richard’s. It’s been a life changing experience, I can confidently take selfies and group pictures without feeling like I need to hide the bottom half of my face. From the consultation to the actual procedure this office is so professional and wonderful to work with. I've had another surgery with them as well. I wanted a minimally evasive facelift and I chose the natural lift with Dr. Richards and the results were exactly what I wanted. I didn't want to spend 3 months looking like I had been in a train wreck or spend a small fortune. I wanted something natural to remove the excess skin and sagging I had on my face from losing weight; with minimal downtime and minimal scarring and I did it under twilight sedation. You know when you look in the mirror and you put your hands on your cheek and just push it back a little? That's what I wanted and that's what I got. It looks beautiful without it being obvious that I had a facelift or some distorted version of my formal self.

In seeking consult for an arm lift and turkey neck concerns, I was referred to Dr. Richards by a beauty service provider of mine, who had also had a brachioplasty and some other body contouring procedures by Dr. Richards. I was immediately impressed by the responsiveness and friendliness of the scheduling and office team, and how they got me in for a consult very quickly. My consultation for the arm lift was as expected, as I was a clear candidate for this. For my neck concerns, I was anticipating I'd need a neck lift but Dr. Richards recommended the more conservative route of liposuction given my age. In retrospect, I am really grateful he suggested that course of action. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast availability of surgery dates and got scheduled. Surgery day went well and I felt cared for and well-informed. Recovery was challenging, maybe more challenging than I was mentally prepared for. But my results are fantastic - the arm lift has been life-changing for me, my clothes finally fit and my confidence has greatly improved. I am most surprised by the neck liposuction, which I didn't really know I needed but has had an incredible result. Dr. Richards is clearly a skilled surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone I know. I also really appreciate the all-in pricing model, which leaves no room for surprises.

Dr. Richards recently performed a natural facelift, buccal fat removal and laser resurfacing. In one 4-hour procedure I lost 20 years off my face! I look and feel so much happier and confident. This was my second procedure with Dr Richards. His expertise is incredible-he suggests exactly what is needed and he has been right both times. He is also very responsive to any complications that may arise. His administrative and nursing staff are super helpful and easy to work with. If there is anything you are unhappy with in your appearance, Dr. Richards is your surgeon. A consultation is a good place to start. His expertise is amazing along with his kind, relaxed demeanor. Highly recommended!!!
