I hate my implants! How long do I have to wait to get these things out of my body?

I would suggest waiting at least 6 months to give your tissue time to heal, let your implants settle, and let all swelling subside. Then, if you are not happy with your ne look, consider exchanging for smaller implants or possibly removing them. I would suggest letting your surgeon know how you are feeling  now.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery. There are no specific "guidelines" when it comes to timing for breast implant removal.  Most important will be:  make your decisions carefully so as to avoid the need for additional surgery subsequently. In other words, you will need to decide whether you wish to have breast implants removed altogether versus having  smaller breast implants replaced.
