Will my breasts drop and become softer after full wise pattern mastopexy?

Thank you for your question.  Your breasts will get more soft over the next few weeks to months.  Unfortunately they are unlikely to get any fuller.

It is not uncommon for breasts to still feel firm only a month after mastopexy surgery.  If your surgeon has been following your progress and they do not have any concerns you are likely healing normally.  I would suggest letting your surgeon know about any concerns about healing after surgery.

I know it's hard to be patient, but more time is needed for you to judge your results. It can take up to six months for your breasts to settle and feel softer. Continue to follow the advice of your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.

It is doubtful your breast will fill out more, but they will soften and settle over time.  Follow up with your surgeon so that he can monitor your healing.  Best to you!

Your breasts typically will drop and soften over time, so that aspect is hopeful.  On the other hand, they do not normally "fill out."  If anything, the total volume would more likely diminish as the swelling goes down.  Fortunately, though, as they drop the volume will lower (the drop part) and move forward, giving the impression of greater fullness (actually, a shifting of the existing volume once the swelling has gone down).  It usually takes several months (like 6) to see the final results of this procedure.You would need to be seen in person at, for example, 3 and 6 months post-op for a more complete assessment and recommendations.I hope that this helps and good luck,Dr. Alan EnglerMember of #RealSelf100@RealSelf
