I need opinions about my nose and if I should get rhinoplasty. I model sometimes and I am insecure about my nose and the way it sways I got hit in high school ( I am 28 now) I also have a deviated septum. Would a rhino plasty fix this? Thank you
Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. You should be able to have an excellent result. Best wishes to you.

Answer: YES- I Recommend Rhinoplasty | Plastic Surgery | Nose Job Expert | Deviated Septum | Crooked | Trauma | Rib Graft | Septoplasty Hello and thank you for your question and the picture. Addressing a crooked or deviated nose (especially if you have a history of nasal trauma) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to address your septum, improve your breathing, straighten your nose, and also adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose! This truly a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Rhinoplasty to enhance nasal shape... From the photo, it appears that you would be a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Ideally you would need an exam from all angles to tell exactly what has to be done. But an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon should be able to make a nice improvement while straightening your septum too.

Answer: Rhinoseptoplasty A septoplasty would be needed to fix your deviated septum and the rhinoplasty to fix any aesthetics your don't like. These procedures are commonly done together for optimal results and should improve your overall breathing as well. You could fix the asymmetry and straighten your nose, while also fixing the asymmetry in your top lip. Our office provides in-person and virtual consultations if you would like to discus options further!

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question a more accurate assessment would be possible if you could transmit your photos from the front and side profile in better light. It would be better face to face consultation. Best regards!
