My experience with Dr Oakley Smith exceeded my expectations. The nose he gave me is beyond gorgeous and most importantly (to me)is so natural looking. I am 2 years post op and still get excited when I look in the mirror. A few months after surgery, we discussed the possibility of a steroid injection. When I came back a year later, my nose healed so nicely that the steroid injections were unnecessary. Dr Smith is kind, direct, and caring. He is an artist! I am so happy with his vision. I would do it all over again.

Dr. Smith and his staff were above and beyond professional. Dr. Smith is a very highly and experienced skilled surgeon and is very attentive and detailed about the entire process. From getting you involved in the process of the procedure, until after the surgery is done the process of the surgery. Not only did they make the entire process of the surgery effortless and easy but Dr.Smith and the staff (Beena and Mandy) make you feel so comfortable that they make you feel like a family member. The only regret I have is not getting this surgery done sooner in my life. I couldn’t be happier with the results and more grateful for finding Dr.Smith. He truly is the best!

Words cannot express my gratefulness enough for the exquisiteness of the results I achieved thanks to Dr Oakley Smith and his team. What’s even more of a bonus is the treatment and service I received; Staff was beyond welcoming and did their best to put me at ease and reduce any anxiety/stress I might’ve had during the day of surgery. One aspect I particularly appreciated is the fact that Dr Smith only spoke about the flaw of my nose on the day of Surgery, most likely he didn’t want to risk adding to my insecurity in case I wouldn’t go through the procedure. If that’s not an act of compassion, I don’t know what is. All in all, months later I can confirm that it was worth it and that I made the right decision to go with Dr. Smith for my rhinoplasty. I had dreamed of having a certain nose since I was 12 years old, and after being told by another surgeon that my dream nose wasn’t possible, I was devastated—until I found Dr. Smith. From the very first consultation, he listened with care, was honest about what could realistically be achieved, and gave me hope without overpromising. Not only did he understand my vision, but he also delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Even though I had to travel a long way from Montreal for every check-up and appointment, it was 100% worth it. The level of care, precision, and attention I received made every trip feel like an investment in myself—and it paid off. Surprisingly, the recovery wasn’t painful at all. I had prepared myself for discomfort, but it was so much smoother than I expected. Dr. Smith and his team made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and I always felt well taken care of. I did end up needing a revision, but not due to any mistake on Dr. Smith’s part—my body simply responded unpredictably, and my very, very thick skin made things more challenging. Still, he approached it with so much care and commitment to making sure I got the best outcome possible. I don’t regret doing my nose with Dr. Smith for a second. I truly believe no one else could have given me the nose I always dreamed of. I’m beyond happy with my results and forever grateful.

I never usually leave reviews for anything, however this doctor changed my life and made me able to breathe again. I was reliant on nasal sprays multiple times a day. Many general practitioners said I was fine and offerred to give me prescription spray after spray. It took him less than a minute to determine I had a deviated septum. Booked an appointment for surgery and 1 week of recovery never needed to use a nasal spray again. That was 7 years ago, Just want to say thank you!

I recently had rhinoplasty with Dr. Oakley Smith, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Smith is truly a wizard in his field, focusing solely on rhinoplasty, and his expertise is evident. I had a very prominent nose that felt out of place on my face, but he skillfully reshaped it to look completely natural. The recovery process was surprisingly smooth and comfortable — much easier than I expected. For anyone feeling nervous about the procedure, I can honestly say the hardest part was just the anticipation leading up to the surgery and on the day itself. Once it was over, it was smooth sailing. Dr. Smith also fixed my deviated septum, and for the first time in years, I’m sleeping better than ever. Dr. Smith is incredibly talented, and I’m so thankful I chose him for this procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty. He’s a skilled surgeon and a true artist.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr Oakley Smith!! My experience with him was amazing from consultation all the way to the one year follow up! I found him very professional but also super easy to talk to, He made sure my expectations were reasonable and surpassed them all with the final result! I would say for anyone considering a nose job (for cosmetic or medical) he’s your guy!!

I am officially 3 months post-op and I am incredibly happy with the result of my rhinoplasty. I am so grateful I came across Dr. Oakley through a friend- he is a true expert in his craft. Had I written this review just 1 week following my procedure, it would not be as positive. This is not because my nose wasn't perfect, but because I had not mentally adjusted to the change. I didn't expect to feel such discomfort with a change in my appearance, but my initial reaction was one of shock and distress. I felt like I didn't recognize who I saw in the mirror and was filled with regret. I can now say with confidence, this feeling is temporary and will pass. While most patients do not have this initial experience, I want to reassure you that if you do, your feelings are valid but you will ultimately come to love your nose once you give yourself time to adjust. Dr. Oakley's kind and calm disposition helped alleviate my initial anxiety and provide me with support while I underwent this transition. This short-term comfort was absolutely worth it for how I feel now- happy and in love with my nose!

Dr. Oakely Smith is a top notch surgeon. He was very helpful at the first consultation as he discussed what was possible. His follow up care is very good. All the office staff are friendly and professional.Dr Smith did a great job and I am extremely happy with the result.

Was very happy with my experience. Dr Oakley gave me my options… I ended up going in for a rhinoplasty consultation but after hearing my options I decided to go with filler and I’m incredibly happy with the outcome. It’s nice not having to go under surgery, with the risks and downtime. And he did it at the consultation which I appreciated! Thank you!
