I was having treatment with Maxillary Skeletal Expansion (MSE) with an orthodontic face mask to adjust my underbite issues. However, I am still eager to have the rhinoplasty before my graduation show just four months later.

Your plastic surgeon and orthodontist would have to speak  with each other to determine if and when the rhinoplasty could  be done

This question may be answered by your orthodontic doctor. Since changing somebody's dental occlusion can affect somebody's nasal appearance, my generic answer would be to wait for your dental occlusion to be better, and then to reassess your nose for surgery. Have you selected a plastic surgeon for your rhinoplasty? If not, then that would be the first step.
Once you have a provider, you can ask them in regards to the appropriateness of having rhinoplasty and the timeframe in relationship to your maxillary adjustment procedure likewise you should probably also talk to your oral surgeon.
