Your nostril asymmetry at the base view of your nose may indeed improve over the next six months. On your left side, there is a peculiar bulge that could be a piece of cartilage. I would wait the full 12 months so that the majority of your swelling is dissipated. If that is a source of concern, it should be relatively straightforward to address. I always recommend waiting a full 12-24 months before analyzing the results of a rhinoplasty surgery. There does appear to be some asymmetry and narrowing of the left soft triangle. I would follow up with your original surgeon about this. If you are not able to, I would go see a board-certified plastic surgeon (with plastic surgery residency and aesthetic fellowship training) for a consultation.

This question may be answered by your orthodontic doctor. Since changing somebody's dental occlusion can affect somebody's nasal appearance, my generic answer would be to wait for your dental occlusion to be better, and then to reassess your nose for surgery.
