Additionally, we take photographs and look at before and after photos with our patients one month, three months, six months, and a year after surgery. That's three "not"'s in one sentence. My high school English teacher would kill me. I reviewed your other posts. Seems to me you have enough evidence that, if you decide you want more improvement in your nose, you should research a revision rhinoplasty surgeon, and not return to your first surgeon.

Some surgeons have their staff do all the post op care and rely on the staff if there are any problems. I agree it give the patient the impression that the surgeon doesn’t care and is poor form

It is unlikely that the cast removal by the nurse is the reason that your nose may not have turned out well. I would recommend you see your surgeon again to discuss your concerns. Rhinoplasty is a difficult operation and I always recommend seeking an experienced facial plastic surgeon for nasal surgery.
