I had rhinoplasty in Turkey on July 11th - iI asked my surgeon to raise Philtrum, refine tip, narrow nostrils and de-project. All of which he said was possible. I did NOT want him to up-turn the tip. I know it’s normally done and will drop after healing but 6/7 months on, it still looks upturned and projected, just with a much lower bridge. I look wider and less defined from the front now than it did before. Photos attached before/ expectations / after for reference

This question may be answered by your orthodontic doctor. Since changing somebody's dental occlusion can affect somebody's nasal appearance, my generic answer would be to wait for your dental occlusion to be better, and then to reassess your nose for surgery. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
