Thank you for your question. I have been in practice for over 30 years. You are an excellent candidate for a deep plane facelift. I have found that over the years, nasolabial folds are very difficult to treat. With the advent of the deep plane facelift, the nasolabial folds are significantly improved. I also find that combining this with subcision and releasing the fibers underneath the nasolabial fold as well as fat grafting in this area has really resulted in dramatic improvements in the nasolabial folds. The chin implant would make an nice addition, however I would also place fat in the crease between the chin and the lip. Sometimes, adding a chin implant makes that cleft much more prominent. Thank you for your question. I've been in practice for over 30 years, and breast revisionary surgery is a large portion of my practice. You have inferior malposition of your implants, otherwise known as bottoming out. I would recommend not placing them on top of the muscle, as these will just drop much more quickly. You are an excellent candidate for an internal bra/capsulorrhaphy procedure. I wrote the first paper on this over 20 years ago. You probably will need a lift as well. Thank you for your question. I've been in practice for over 30 years, and breast surgery and revision breast surgery is a large portion of my practice. There's been a renewal of interest in subglandular or subfascial placement of implants. This is because of the Preserve technique from Motiva. The criteria for patients going on top of the muscle are for someone who wants a very small implant. I have a whole gallery of patients with long-term change associated with the subglandular or subfascial placement of implants, resulting in slide down of their chest.
