It’s not uncommon for women who feel self-conscious about the effects of pregnancy on their bodies to consider plastic surgery. A mommy makeover can be a great way to get back to your pre-baby body and jumpstart your post-pregnancy life. At my San Diego area practice, mommy makeovers are always tailored to the needs of the patient. One may include a combination of a tummy tuck and breast augmentation, while another might involve a more comprehensive breast lift, thigh lift, arm lift, and liposuction. Often, these procedures are performed in a single operation which reduces the cost and recovery time, compared to having each procedure done separately. The results can be transformational.

Breast augmentation should never be a one-size-fits-all procedure. As one of the most experienced plastic surgeons in the field of breast augmentation, I guide all of my patients to the right size and shape of implants to meet your aesthetic goals, taking into account the proportions of your entire body. During my career, I have performed over two thousand breast augmentation surgeries and authored numerous peer-reviewed papers on breast surgery and revisionary breast surgery (fixing poor results from other surgeons). I also often lecture on a national level to other plastic surgeons on breast enhancement surgery for the implant manufacturer Allergan. At my San Diego area practice, I offer a full range of other breast enhancement surgeries, including breast lifts, breast reductions, and breast reconstruction.

Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping

Rhinoplasty is one of the most transformative procedures for the face. Of all plastic surgery procedures, it also requires the most experience, skill, and artistry to master. You must maintain or improve the functionality of the nose, alongside the aesthetic changes. I have personally performed hundreds of rhinoplasties and am a well-known revisionary rhinoplasty expert, repairing poor results from a previous rhinoplasty plastic surgery. At my San Diego area practice, I also offer ethnic rhinoplasty, which preserves the patient’s ethnic identity, as well as functional rhinoplasty, to improve nasal breathing by correcting a deviated septum, nasal fracture, or other structural problem. I would say that my revision journey has been a challenge but Dr Chasan went above and beyond and came up with a way to fix the damage that had been done by other doctors. He did what no one else knows how to do. He didn’t have to but that’s who he is. I once asked him if I was his most difficult case, he said “no but top 3”. He stuck with me and like a wizard, gave me perfect results.
