As far as I can understand from your question, extra cartilage can be used and your nose can take the shape you want in a single operation. For get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.

Hello, if u don t have any problem about your bridge and bump, you can get a tip surgery for more projection and rotation. Generally doctors don t need ear cartilige for this, especially for primary surgeries

In our experience, rhinoplasty surgery is reserved for people with significant dissatisfaction with the appearance and function of their noses for a long period of time. I agree that you might benefit from several millimeters of nasal tip projection, however, I do not think that a surgical procedure would be worth the risk of not meeting your expectations. Your projection is a little bit decreased. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty with a cartilage graft to increase the projection. You would also benefit from narrowing the base of the nose.

Yes, you could benefit from a rhinoplasty to improve tip support and tip projection. Yes you are correct that the bridge does not need to be changed. It's still called a rhinoplasty but focused more on the lower 1/2 of the nose.

Hi vans2893Genearlly speaking, unlike the female nose, the goal of a male rhinoplasty is to create a straight bridge with a 90-degree nose tip. A straight, non-curved appearance is desired in men. Performing only a tipplasty will leave the bridge unbalanced and asymmetrical in your case. Also the curvature will result in a more feminine expression so rather than only with tipplasty I suggest inserting a silicon implant to give a balance on bridge and tip.Hope this will help.Best regards

Rhinoplasty, it’s not a procedure, but a general term for any procedure that changes the shape of the nose.
Under the umbrella of the term rhinoplasty or many different operations.
To create projection on the tip of your nose, you’ll most likely need Cartlidge grafts such as a strut graft.
That may be a very appropriate procedure.
