Hello, if u don t have any problem about your bridge and bump, you can get a tip surgery for more projection and rotation. Generally doctors don t need ear cartilige for this, especially for primary surgeries

In our experience, rhinoplasty surgery is reserved for people with significant dissatisfaction with the appearance and function of their noses for a long period of time. I agree that you might benefit from several millimeters of nasal tip projection, however, I do not think that a surgical procedure would be worth the risk of not meeting your expectations.
