Answer: Liposuction of Back Sarah. Liposuction on back should not be a problem but surprising that it was not included with your BBL. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Upper back lipo The heaviness of the upper back is usually caused by two things. Fat and skin. The skin of the upper back is very thick and in many patients the skin alone causes some fullness. In others, there is fat under the skin and in these patients liposuction can certainly improve the contour. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon who should be able to evaluate which category applies to you.
