Good afternoon,The quickest way to a flatter stomach is through a healthy diet. If you are looking for other alternatives then I would suggest non-invasive fat loss procedures such as Trusculpt. These procedures work by reducing the number of fat cells in a specific area which results in body sculpting. However, these procedures are not meant for weight loss and the only way to maintain a lower body fat percentage is through dieting and exercising. I hope this helps.Best Regards,Dr. Jose M. It is recommended to be at your ideal or stable weight before getting a sculpting liposuction procedure. Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure, rather it is for sculpting and defining and removing problem areas that cannot be removed with weight loss and diet / exercise alone. With skin laxity, a tummy tuck or lifting procedure could be performed at the same time. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a bariatric doctor or dietitian. Best, Dr. Emer
Other than simple dieting or an FDA-approved weight loss medication, you could also consider Coolsculpting. Speak with a provider in your area about this option.
Unfortunately there is no pictures. Power Ultrashape is an excellent non surgical option to permanently remove fat. Unlike Coolsculpting, there is no pain during or after the procedure. In addition it’s more powerful then all the other non surgical techniques for permanently removing fat. I hope you find this information useful. For more information please watch the enclosed video.
If you have recently gained a lot of weight, you need to first start with the underlying cause of this weight gain. If you continue to gain weight, no procedure will keep your stomach flat. Once you have been able to stabilize your weight, you could consider multiple options. The gold standard procedure is liposculpture of the abdomen. No other procedure is as effective to achieve your desired appearance. Non-surgical procedures typically can reduce the quantity of fat. CoolSculpting for example, will reduce the thickness of the fat layer by 20%. If you don't mind the remaining 80% of your fat, you will be happy. Otherwise, you will need to perform multiple Non-surgical procedures. Limited benefits, increased costs, length of treatments over time are barriers to achieving a flatter stomach without liposuction. You will be best served by meeting with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who can review ALL of your treatment options. Be careful about aggressive marketing of these non-invasive procedures as you may not be presented with all of the necessary facts to make a well informed decision.
Coolsculpting is an effective nonsurgical fat reduction procedure. Consult in person with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon with a Certified Coolsculpting Center to understand your options.
