Dr. Pinsky is the best and most meticulous plastic surgeon I have met . I saw Dr. Pinsky after I previously had a breast reduction that I was not happy with . Dr. Pinsky listened to my concerns and performed the surgery. I have no more back pains and I am so happy with the results . Within 2 days I went back to work and after 2 weeks the scars are almost not visible. Dr. Pinsky as well as his staff ( Sherry and Mary) were attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Pinsky if you are looking for a meticulous and caring plastic surgeon !
I went to Dr Pinsky for a second opinion. His expertise and knowledge gave me the best possible result. For the first time in my life I have a defined chin. This is astounding to me as a burn survivor since the age of 3 years of age. I’ll forever be grateful for his gifted hands and knowledge.
Had an amazing experience, didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Pinsky took his time to explain to me all the way how the procedure will be, I was worried I wouldn't be able to move my finger again, but he did an amazing job reattaching my tendon for me to regain mobility. I truly recommend this amazing person and Doctor!

Dr. Pinsky was a wonderful surgeon to work with. When I had my consultation he was very assuring and confident that I would be happy with my outcome. His staff was informative and accommodating pre and post surgery. They were diligent in working with my other doctor to combined surgeries. I am more than happy with my final result. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I’ve visited Dr. Pinsky several times for both Botox and filler and each time his work is meticulous and my results are consistent. He also gave me different options to accomplish the outcome I was looking for. He was very gentle and truly cares about making me feel comfortable. 10 out of 10 every time!
Great Doctor, The best! From the first appointment to the follow up after the surgery Dr. Pinsky has been very kind and patient. My carpal tunnel surgery went great. I am extremely satisfied with my treatment.
My doctor treated me very well. I am very satisfied with my treatment. Thank you so much for your time, patience, and care. He is a very good surgeon that I ever seen in my life. He is also a amazing person.
My go to for injectables! Dr. Pinsky is gentle and has the best technique. I like that he is conservative with the amount of filler he uses so you can see how it looks once the swelling goes down. I’m so happy with the results of my tear troughs, chin and lips. I always get compliments for how natural yet perfect they look.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Pinksy beginning with my initial consultation to my final check-up. His bedside manner is terrific, he makes you feel extremely comfortable and confident about what you are going to do. Then the finished product was absolutely perfect. I would choose Dr. Pinksy again and highly recommend him.
An upper Blepharoplasty is a procedure that I often do under local anesthesia in my office. I think you could really do this anytime depending on what you want to achieve. You can combine with skin tightening such as laser resurfacing, chemical peel, or event topical treatments for you lower lids. This would make a noticeable difference and likely ge the results you are looking for.
Hello. The answer can be difficult to tell from photos alone. A mini ambominoplasty will not address skin laxity and muscle laxity above the umbilicus. I seee that you have a good amount of loose ski man and stretch marks. A full tummy tuck may be a better operation to achieve the flattest abdomen possible. However, the answer depends on your Tissue quality and what you want To achieve. Best to speak to a plastic surgeon in person to discuss these options.
This is a common question from any prospective patient. Implant sizing is based on the width of your chest. You need to match the base width of your breast as closely as possible to have the implant centered on your chest wall. You seem to have a good Amount of your own breast tissue, and 400 cc Is a fairly large implant. You are not be able to get one much larger with a narrow base. 3D imaging can help with these decisions. Make sure to voice your concerns with your surgeon, but I think you are on the right track. Good luck.
It’s difficult to tell exactly from photographs in this case. In your pre-op photos, it’s looks like you have a mild right tuberous breast. Essentially the right breast fold is higher and the lower pole tissue is tighter. This needs to be addressed in surgery. You could be developing capsular contracture or the lower pole of the breast wasn’t released enough. Only and inperson examination will determine the difference. In my opinion, your implants are a little on the large size for your frame, and I would consider downsizing them for a more natural look. Hope that helps. Definitely follow up with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.
The position of your breasts in your chest wall is really dictated by your anatomy. The breast fold sets the position of the breasts on your chest wall and we define droopiness or ptosis as the position of your nipple relative to the breast fold. Also, bottoming out is defined by the implant falling below the breast fold. In your photos, your nipple looks above the fold as does the implant, although it’s a little hard to see. You have very large implants which certainly could be downsized, and a “lift” performed to tighten the skin for shape. This can improve the appearance but won’t raise the position of the breasts. This isn’t really possible. Hope this helps.
