All my fat is located in my waist and I don’t think 3 litros will be be enough in order for me to see a small waist...
Answer: Lipo Limit Thank you for your question. I have an active NC medical license and did my body contouring fellowship in NC, I can assure you there is no law that places the maximum limit of liposuction at 3 liters. I recommend you consult with a plastic surgeon in your area to discuss options for you. I would recommend Hunstad / Kortesis / Bharti Plastic Surgery.

Answer: I am 5’10" and 190 lbs, in N.C the max amount of fat to take is 3 litres. Will it be enough to see a small waist? Regarding your waist size, viewing photos would help to answer your question, and even best, a personal examination to see how much difference 3 liters of fat removed would make providing you are a candidate. However, 4 and even 5 liters of fat can be removed in many cases. At your weight, you may be a better candidate for a tummy tuck or some sort of body lift. Again, and examination would be necessary to determine the best way to reach your goal. Thank you for your question, and good luck.

Answer: Liposuction Candidate Danielle. Photos always helpful. It is best to get as close to ideal weight as possible with diet and exercise before liposuction to optimize results. However your BMI is below 30, and if weight loss at a standstill, liposuction should greatly improve your waist, but expectations must be kept reasonable. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
