Can somebody please tell me what these scars are on my backside? It's disgusting to me and quite frankly makes me very angry. They are about 4 yrs old so they are completely healed and this is what they are left to look like. I had lipo on my inner and outer thighs and this is where he went in to take the fat out. I had lipo done by this Dr before and the scars don't look anything like this (other areas). He is telling me it's just the way my skin healed. Thoughts?
