Liposuction before or after starting TRT?

The effect of TRT treatment on liposuction patients is unpredictable. Therefore, the result may be different from the desired in patients taking hormones. My suggestion is to take the hormone first and perform the procedure after at least 6 months.

As long as you get " Bioidentical hormones" there should be no problem doing your TRT and surgery in either sequence, however, having "Anabolic hormones" for TRT interferes with anesthesia part of the surgery and we recommend not to take them before surgery.
