Amazing surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and really helped me through the entire process. Dr. Guerrero takes time to answer all questions I have. I was extremely nervous to travel outside the US to receive treatment but I am so glad I did. I am a weight loss patient who has had extensive amounts of skin that needs to be removed. I had a back lift, arm lift, thigh lift, and breast lift with implants. I am very pleased with my results. I am planning to go back in a few months to have a second round of skin removal and a bbl. The hospital was very nice and one of the cleanest I've ever seen. I am so thankful I trusted Dr. Guerrero.

Consult: Surgeon listened, explained everything clearly, and made me felt confident. We had two virtual meetings. His assistant reached out with price breakdowns: anesthesia, hospital stay (2days), lipo prices, fat transfer prices, and recommended associated recovery suites for after care.

-1Day before surgery: At neighboring clinic: fasted morning lab work , EKG, physical by different doctor (Provider was a Stanford Medical school Professor/cardiologist who retired near TJ), and in person consultation with Dr. Guerrero to confirm (pictured in comparison pictures to the left). Hospital admission occurred after 6 pm with nutrition consults included. Very professional hospital. This was a medical-surgical floor that handled many other patient types but I had a private room and excellent care at Hospital Angeles.

Surgery Day: Organized, caring team, smooth experience. Minimal pain, bruising, and swelling with great support. I only needed Tylenol and ibuprofen. No narcotics.

Weeks 2–4:

Stayed 1 week, returned home after staying at a recommended recovery private suite (10/10 nursing care). I was independent by day 4 with everything (walking, feeding, bathroom, etc). Dr. Guerrero did an in person follow up at my suite and didn’t make me go through the hassle of showing up to his office. I got cleared for my flight back home. Beautiful healing, back to work, natural improvements showing.

1 year out: Thrilled with natural, balanced transformation. Final results started becoming very visible — Lipo 360 gave me an incredible waistline, my blepharoplasty looked refreshed but natural, and the fat transfer gave the perfect subtle volume I wanted (up one cup size). Scars were already fading beautifully. Overall: 5-star care, would absolutely recommend!

My facelift was the second surgery I’ve had with Dr. Guerrero. His attention to detail, surgical skills, and follow up is unmatched. I am an over-thinker and the fact that he makes himself available before and after surgery with any and all questions is amazing.

During our phone consultation I was very impressed with how he covered the surgery, what to expect and whether it was best for me to do a lift. He explained what he saw and how he felt about what I would look like after the surgery without a lift. In my case, I would see little droop. Since I wasn’t sure, he suggested being conservative and if I wanted to do a lift later then to wait. He didn’t push me into anything which really made me feel confident in his role as a surgeon looking out for what was best for me. I chose not to do the lift and am amazed at how good they look, even after 30 years of having implants.

When I arrived, I was immediately put at ease with the level of care and kindness of Dr. Guerrero and his team. He gave me a thorough review of how the procedure would go and what to expect. During the surgery, he found the left breast had some fluid and sent it to be tested. It was fine! But I was pleased he took that extra step. He had video and pictures as well. I appreciated seeing these.

I had been having some mild but consistent health issues which led to me to think Breast Implant Illness. After seeing the pictures it left no doubt my body had been in a constant state of fighting off infection. Since then I have fully recovered and haven’t had any of the symptoms I had pre surgery.

Following the surgery I stayed for Ana extra 4 days in the recovery house. Dr. Guerrero came to see me, his staff visited regularly and I got the wonderful care I needed for those few days before I headed home. It was the best experience for a surgery one could ask for!

If you are considering having en block removal, I would highly recommend Dr. Guerrero! His work is amazing. I have two small clean lines after just a couple months, and am fully healed in other regards, back to my full and busy life.

If you have fears about traveling to Mexico, don’t! The hospital is immaculate, the staff is amazing, the care is the best. You will be picked up and shuttled to and from the airport, no worries about travel at all. And I do suggest you stay 3-5 days after your surgery at one of their beautiful recovery centers where the staff is great, they serve delicious healthy meals, and you can get help with navigating post surgery for a few days before you go home.

What can I say about Dr. Guerrero. Let me start off by saying that I was one of those individuals that said I would NEVER have surgery in Mexico. I was scared and didn’t trust the medical system.
