I am so happy with the results of my breast lift and neck lift surgery! My previous implants had seen better days and had visible rippling, sagging, and capsular contraction, causing my breasts to be asymmetrical. Also, my neck had some loose skin I wanted tightened up. Dr. Guerrero did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Guerrero was absolutely amazing, and so was his staff. I had a great experience with every person I came in contact with in regards to my surgery. Dr Guerrero met with me twice on the phone, one a video call and and met with me again for several minutes before my surgery to ensure I was informed and comfortable with my procedure. I also met with the anesthesiologist, who I had many questions for since I had never had general before. I was nervous initially, but everyone was so wonderful I knew I was in great hands. Dr Guerrero assured me there would be minimal scarring once time passed, and I absolutely know there will not be. I was nervous, since I'd seen other after photos and everyone talking about the pain. I have had an amazing and basically pain free recovery. His Asst. Alex was top notch- there for me the whole time..and the hospital staff was caring and present throughout everything. I cant say how happy I am i went through with having this done- and how happy I am that I chose Dr Guerrero. I am hoping to go back shortly for a facelift and have full confidence in Dr Guerrero and his staff. I will be posting more photos along the way! I am a couple days shy of 2 weeks and still feel great as I have the whole time.

Dr Guerrero and his assistant Alex were great. Love my results. I have the confidence I’ve always wanted and motivation to start working out again to take my results to the next level. The only thing that could improve is pre op communication and post op instructions other than that everything was top notch. I went to tj alone and everything was fine. Amazing and talented surgeon!! I’ve now had two surgeries this year with Dr Guererro, a mommy makeover in April and abdominal lipo in July and I’m in awe over what he’s done. I went in for a breast augmentation December 2024 and I am IN LOVE with my results. I scoured the internet for the best surgeon and Dr. Guerrero did not disappoint. Every step of the way: from the initial consult, he spoke in terms I understood and broke down the pros & cons of each option (I went with above the muscle bc I wanted a natural hang) , then as we approached the procedure date, as more questions arose, he offered a second consultation at no additional cost. His assistant Alex felt like a close friend by the end of it, always ready to answer any questions and assist around the clock. My boyfriend and I drove from LA and arrived at the hospital the day before (they let you check in at 6p the night before your procedure spend the night at no additional cost). The facility which was in pristine condition & ultra clean, it felt like a spa -- private room, bathroom, balcony (!?) -- and the hospitality was 10/10. And everyone spoke english, so the language barrier was no issue. Morning of the procedure Dr. Guerrero came in with sizers ( I was an A cup and wanted to be a C so I went with 250ccs) & a couple hours later it was time for surgery. They gave me anesthesia before even entering the operating room, so the next thing I know i'm waking up back in my room with new boobs!! It couldn't have gone smoother, the process exceeded my expectations. We stayed in touch basically every day over the next 2 weeks, sending photos of the healing process and checking on my pain (basically non existent, the pain meds worked wonders) before my follow up appointment when he removed the stitches. As a woman of color, a main concern of mine was keloiding, but the scars look great. They're about an inch and a half wide and very flat. He mad the incision perfectly in the crease, so they're barely visible. I've also been wearing the silicone scar tape for 4 months now and am very happy with the appearance I couldn't be happier, Dr. Guerrero gives "beverly hills surgeon" quality at literally a quarter of the price. Amazing surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and really helped me through the entire process. Dr. Guerrero takes time to answer all questions I have. I was extremely nervous to travel outside the US to receive treatment but I am so glad I did. I am a weight loss patient who has had extensive amounts of skin that needs to be removed. I had a back lift, arm lift, thigh lift, and breast lift with implants. I am very pleased with my results. I am planning to go back in a few months to have a second round of skin removal and a bbl. The hospital was very nice and one of the cleanest I've ever seen. I am so thankful I trusted Dr. Guerrero.

The best doctor I could ever had he took care of me till I finish my recovery. He make sure I was healing properly. I owe him my new life. He did a miracle by changing my body. *From an RN healthcare worker traveling from the states* Consult: Surgeon listened, explained everything clearly, and made me felt confident. We had two virtual meetings. His assistant reached out with price breakdowns: anesthesia, hospital stay (2days), lipo prices, fat transfer prices, and recommended associated recovery suites for after care. -1Day before surgery: At neighboring clinic: fasted morning lab work , EKG, physical by different doctor (Provider was a Stanford Medical school Professor/cardiologist who retired near TJ), and in person consultation with Dr. Guerrero to confirm (pictured in comparison pictures to the left). Hospital admission occurred after 6 pm with nutrition consults included. Very professional hospital. This was a medical-surgical floor that handled many other patient types but I had a private room and excellent care at Hospital Angeles. Surgery Day: Organized, caring team, smooth experience. Minimal pain, bruising, and swelling with great support. I only needed Tylenol and ibuprofen. No narcotics. Weeks 2–4: Stayed 1 week, returned home after staying at a recommended recovery private suite (10/10 nursing care). I was independent by day 4 with everything (walking, feeding, bathroom, etc). Dr. Guerrero did an in person follow up at my suite and didn’t make me go through the hassle of showing up to his office. I got cleared for my flight back home. Beautiful healing, back to work, natural improvements showing. 1 year out: Thrilled with natural, balanced transformation. Final results started becoming very visible — Lipo 360 gave me an incredible waistline, my blepharoplasty looked refreshed but natural, and the fat transfer gave the perfect subtle volume I wanted (up one cup size). Scars were already fading beautifully. Overall: 5-star care, would absolutely recommend!

My facelift was the second surgery I’ve had with Dr. Guerrero. His attention to detail, surgical skills, and follow up is unmatched. I am an over-thinker and the fact that he makes himself available before and after surgery with any and all questions is amazing. We’d all like to think it’s only surgical technique that give us our results and it absolutely plays a part but pre op and post op care are also important factors and I love the fact that I can rely on Dr Guerrero for all stages not just his exceptional technique. I’ve never felt alone or like I needed to google something or panic with what if’s because I just ask him and follow his directions. I had lost a lot of weight and my first procedure Dr Guerrero gave me my dream natural body. And months later he’s now refreshed my face and my life. I’m forever grateful!

I had an extended arm lift, extended thigh lift and a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck. I could not be happier with the whole process. His staff is wonderful, they set everything up. Transportation, recovery center and were available whenever I needed them. Dr. Guerrero did a video call with me for my consultation and really cared about what I wanted. When I arrived to the hospital the night before my surgery everything was so organized. The next morning he came in and talked with me, I met with his surgical team before being brought to the operating room. You can tell Dr. Guerrero really takes pride in his work, my incisions are very small and precise. He took pictures during surgery so I could see the before. He’s always checking in with me to make sure my recovery has gone well & asking for pictures to make sure I’m healing properly since I’m in the US. I would highly recommend Dr. Guerrero and his team for anyone looking into surgery.
