If I get Liposuction and after 1-2 years visit another doctor for a general body checkup or for example for something like stomach ache/upset or indigestion issues, would the doctor be able to make out that I had Lipo done in the past? And do other doctors look at Lipo as a scapegoat? For example: Would a General Practitioner or a gastroenterologist say something like "Your XYZ health issue is because you got Lipo done" ?

Answer: About lipo Doctors can understand that you have had liposuction only by examining them. This is not possible with any blood test. however, it can also be detected with CT, MRI or ultrasound.

Answer: The medical communities view of Liposuction Judges judge and doctors heal. Doctors are not here to judge you or anyone else on decisions you make about your own body. No doctor should make any judgments about who you are and decisions you make. Doctors should focus their efforts on helping patients with the problem at hand without judgment. Well done Liposuction may go right right over the head of another physician doing an examination because well done Liposuction should not look like you’ve had a procedure. Poorly done Liposuction may leave obvious telltale signs of having surgery and unless it’s pertinent to the discussion most likely other doctors will not bring it up. Recognize that doctors are people and patients as well and many of them end up having consultations for the Liposuction for stubborn fat removal like anyone else. Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe. Liposuction is permanent and irreversible. Poorly done Liposuction can leave people permanently disfigured. Before committing to having body contouring patients need to carefully vet providers to make sure they’re in the hands of providers who have sufficient skill and experience to deliver quality results.
