Hi there I received plastic surgery liposuction in Miami in 2019 they did my full stomach and back however after the procedure and many many massages my stomach still looks very lumpy and I also look like I have a baby bump. Is fat gravitating towards my lower stomach because of diet and/or protecting organs? Thank you.

while there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.

Irregularities may occur after liposuction procedures. Here, the duty of the patient is to maintain the form by dieting and exercising. In your case, miniabdominoplasty may be recommended.

It’s hard to make an assessment based on your post.It would be important to know if you have had previous pregnancies. If not this may represent visceral fat.
Does the appearance change at all with weight fluctuations?
Consider having an in person consultation with a local board-certified plastic surgeon.
